Cork & Cow provides a dining experience with exceptional service and delicious food. Servers, such as Jennifer and Mike, are warm, attentive, and contribute significantly to a pleasant atmosphere. The drinks menu offers an extensive bourbon selection and outstanding cocktails. Standout dishes include the elk chop, lamb chops, tomahawk steak, Brussels sprouts, and gnocchi with shrimp and scallops. Although the New York strip was not as tender as expected, the carrot cake and French press coffee received high praise. While there is room for improvement in the beef tenderness and seafood portion sizes, the overall positive aspects make it a recommended dining destination.
