The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Bloomin Onion appetizer was wonderful Unfortunately we were disappointed in the steak portion. Ordered the 6 oz sirloin and was actually about 4 oz. My husband ordered the 13 oz ribeye. It was only 1/4 inch thick. Not what you expect for ribeye. Flavor on both was ok but not as good as usual. Emily F was an excellent server. When she asked about our satisfaction with the food she noticed my hesitation when I replied favorably. She had her manager check on us. My dissatisfaction was not with the food but in my choice. I prefer a good ribeye and I chose a more lean option.Kudos to Emily for caring enough to make sure we were satisfied and to Robert for his willingness to make it right.We will be back!Parking: Easy in and out

Shandy was fantastic under the circumstances. She been herself doing the entire bar area. Food was good. Had rib eyes. Cooked great. Mashed taters n mixed veges, perfection. Sad many don't want to work so they are short handed. Shandy, I pray you make huge tips as you're working your tail off. You're a gem here and your attitude is beautiful. Thank you!!!
