We love Jersey Mike's and go to many in our travels around the country. But the one in Hermitage, TN (our hometown) near the O'Charley's and Kroger is by far the best one we have gone to. The quality has always been top notch! They never skimp on ingredients - ever!! The product is always fresh and very tasty. I have been here a bunch and I keep convincing myself to give this place another try because when its good, its very good but the problem here is consistency. Though I order the same sandwich each visit, every single time it is different and sometimes drastically so. Lack of recipe consistency from a chain restaurant is a no-no to me.The buffalo chicken cheesesteak with bacon is my order. A full half the time there has been no discernible buffalo. Fresh and yummy subs were a hit tonight. We were craving a good fresh sandwich, and JM's delivered. We opted for the giant because we were hongry, and we made the right choice. Feeds 2 hungry people or 3-4 if not so hungry. Our order was delivered, and it was correct. We will be ordering again in the future.
