“My 1st visit to FatBelly and it definitely will not be my last! The staff was so friendly! Honestly, the food could have sucked and I'd go back just because of the staff ha! Got myself a G-Netty and sweet pretzel treat. The sandwich....UHmazing! Haven't tried my treat yet. But, I can't imagine it won't be as UHmazing as the sammie. “How does this place only have a few reviews?! I randomly stopped there for lunch today between work events. I was immediately greeted with a genuine smile. Not like a customer service smile, but like I was family walking in! The owner was also walking around mingling with the customers. I got the Diane beef sandwich and the Caesar broccoli salad. BOTH were amazing! I’m excited to bring my family back next time we are in Nashville!“

“We absolutely love All’Antico Vinaio! We visit at least once a week, usually in the evenings, and every visit is consistently outstanding.
The customer service is exceptional, and the staff always makes us feel welcome. Million Yusef and Mo are amazing—they all remember our HOT Italian s order every single time without us even having to ask! It’s those little personal touches that make every visit special.
They’re always smiling, friendly, and great to talk to while they prepare our hot Italian sandwiches, which are always fresh, delicious, and made perfectly.
We may have started coming for the incredible food, but we keep coming back because of the people. “This is a great place to eat. The food was delicious and they are so nice and friendly. This was out first time there but we will be going back. I had the large fried bologna sandwich with fries. It was one of the best fried bologna sandwiches I have ever had. My son had the shrimp poboy sandwich with calamari and he loved it. I woukd recommend them if you are in their area looking delicious food. We went at lunch and it was so hot outside but the fans they had made it worth eating outside.“

“Cozy sandwich shop, friendly service as soon as you walk in the door. The Philly on a wrap is really tasty and my wife loved the BLT. "Atmosphere" got 4-stars because the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no free option for a cup of water. The only bottle water option they had was Dasani (hashtag vomit ?) Overall this is a great place for a quick bite and within a few easy steps walking distance from Broadway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you go ask the way around the block to a different entrance into the building and then back through aforementioned building to get to the sandwich shop.“

“Got what you come to expect from a subway. The usual aesthetic, clean, average amount of seating. Staff was kind and helpful. I also never experienced a long line here so you're able to get your food very promptly.

Parking: Shares parking lot with a few other stores that it is connected to but I've never seen it so busy that parking was any sort of issue.“

“Real simple concept, place order head on website and you’re good to go for pickup probably within a few minutes. Food is top notch quality-wise. Highly recommend the siracha aoli sauce on anything they have. Overall 10/10 and you can’t beat the prices. Only thing I wish they had is a side option for hash browns of some sort, either with bites or a large handheld one.“

“Love the staff here! They pretty much have my order memorized at this point, and they’re always excited to see me. Top tier Subway on the food side, as well. Had a bad experience at a Subway out of state a few months ago; came back home and told these guys how much I missed them.“

“I’m not going to give a bad review because the workers were great and quick, nice too working hard! but the management needs to put another person on staff they were so busy with online orders and catering and had no help. they did great but i could see how much they needed helping and could hear how much they had to do“

“want to start by saying the food was amazing, as always. My wife and I come here every Monday night, and the quality is consistently great. We’ve always had positive experiences with the staff and the management, which is why what we witnessed this time stood out so much.

While we were there, a customer was being extremely disrespectful and rude to the employees. We were seated near the drink area and could clearly hear everything. This individual actually threw his food on the ground and took a picture of it, which was shocking to see. The young man with the glasses handled the situation very professionally—he apologized sincerely and even offered to remake the food and provide a cookie, despite the customer’s behavior.

We personally know the manager, and he always makes sure that customers are taken care of. The staff genuinely tries their best, so it was hard to believe how rude and aggressive that customer was, especially since he appeared to be associated with Vanderbilt.

It’s also worth mentioning that the store was completely clean when we arrived. We were there before that group, and the place was spotless—clean enough that you could eat off the floors. By the time they left, the area was completely destroyed, which clearly was not the fault of the staff.

Overall, the employees handled a very difficult situation with patience and professionalism. That customer clearly had personal issues and took them out on the staff, which was unfair. We just wanted to make sure the workers and management are recognized for doing an excellent job despite being treated poorly.“

“On vacation and decided to try them for lunch. Had the ham and swiss regular added bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Sandwich was delicious. Luckily we got there right before the lunch rush.“

“Old Hickory Blvd location is good! Could work on being friendlier but otherwise good food & they gave me extra meat for my dog! I paid for it but they wrapped it up separate & nice! Fast service! But also had to grab my own cup after not given one. Again, work on customer service! “The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! I'll choose this Subway every time from now on!!! I already know that I will be happy when I leave this one, I am always happy with the service here!!!“

I get butterflies and break out a cold sweat. Oh how I love this subway location. The crew here runs a tight ship, better than the pilgrims even. “Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “We order delivery from this JJ location a few times a month. We love it.

The order always arrives quickly, is correct 99% of the time (once wrong type of chips, once there was cheese on a sandwich that shouldn’t have it), and the delivery folks have followed the instructions and brought the food up to our unit- very rare and very much appreciated!!

My biggest qualm is in the inconsistency of size and ingredients of my Unwich. I never know what I’m going to get.
