“This was our first visit to this particular location. We stopped by on a weeknight to grab a sandwich. It was later in the evening and there were only a few other people there but it seemed like they had a lot of take out orders going.

The person making our sandwich was friendly and our orders were exactly as we ordered. No issues at all with our food.

The floors were a little dirty, just needed a quick mop but as it was near closing time I’m sure they were getting ready to do that.“

“This McAlister's on Nolensville Pike in Nashville Tennessee is absolutely amazing!! Always beyond friendly and fantastic food!! Today when I went in after my horrible experience with the McAlister's in Dickson, Tennessee (different owners) with having a cockroach in my food. The manager Denise was just as disgusted to hear about my experience as I was to experience it. She even gave me my meal for free because she knew I drove over an hour just to come to this restaurant because I really wanted my sandwich. The jalapeno turkey crunch the best sandwich ever!! Thank you guys for being amazing as always. I love this restaurant and will continue to drive over an hour to come here!!“

“First time at this Subway. Bread was rubbery, never like that compared to other Subways. Customer service is a little dry but young kids working and possibly it's their first job and they're still learning. My largest complaint is that my sandwich had very little tunafish not at all two full scoops so I asked for another half scoop and they charge me $1.50. Could be a better Subway, hopefully it will get there!“

“I typically dont blow up ones ego but let's face it, I've ordered from many many places on Uber and my order has never been right but everytime I order here whether it be in the restaurant or online its ALWAYS A1! You get what you buy here, fast friendly atmosphere with great online ordering.“

“You guys will always get 5 stars on your subs, I've always considered them a go to choice. Please, oh please, stop it with the gyros. They are horrible. Stick to subs because they rule. The gyro was sloppy, very little meat and full of lettuce. I will never get another one. My car is down so I did Uber eats and I can't tell you how angry I was that I didn't just order the subs alone. If I could have come to your establishment, I would have returned the gyro that I had to throw away. Uber is already expensive enough but when you add to it that you can't eat what you ordered, it's a slap in the face.“

“We all make mistakes and unlike many places this one made their mistake right. Gentleman completely messed up order and instead of just telling us oh well he made it right and offered us to keep the food that was messed up due to his mistake. “A brief story: Our family doesn’t live in Smyrna. However, my wife had our baby in Smyrna and we ended up being stuck in the NICU for two weeks. During this time my generous father (pictured on left) offered to get us food every day since my wife stayed at the hospital with our baby.

We’re so thankful to have found Penn Station Smyrna because not only did we have great food during a troubling time, but we started to notice encouraging notes and cookies added to our meals. We probably had 10 meals over the course of 15 days.

We specifically want to shout out and thank Trinity and Elijah for their service, hospitality, and care over those two+ weeks.

After getting home with our baby we made it a goal to go back and visit in person (and of course order some more food 😎). We are so thankful for this little sandwich shop. The team brought us joy, encouragement, surprise, and delicious sustenance while we were in a tough stretch as a family. We didn’t know we needed Penn Station Smyrna but they really went above and beyond. We’re so thankful!“

“This is the best subway I’ve been to, the workers there are always friendly and Charlie, the manager, even remembers how I like my sandwiches, I don’t even have to ask anymore for what I want, because they already know. I highly recommend the place!“

“Every time I go to this Subway, the staff (Keta & Hetal) is very friendly and welcoming. They have the fresh vegetables and meat everytime. It’s great to visit a place where you’re treated well and sandwiches taste amazing. Highly recommended!“

When I've been in the store, usually busy, Always a friendly Staff, Clean Facility, Great Sandwich shop atmosphere.

“Tonight I had one of the best made sandwiches I’ve received from this location in a while. The lady that took the order had a good attitude and some actual personality but the man that finished the order and checked me out was even more pleasant. Great smile and attitude. I haven’t personally walked into this location in a year or so but we eat here often. Dinner was well enjoyed this evening!“

“i come here often after work to grab a footlong spicy italian sub and i’m always greeted when i come through the door. everyone there is very kind and make sure to ask how my day’s going, don’t think i’ve ever gotten a sandwich i didn’t like!“

“Jersey Mike's makes legit subs like they do in Jersey (where I was raised). Only difference is you can't get the rolls used up there. Even if you don't care about any of that, Jersey Mike's has a variety of good sandwiches & is the best of the chain sandwich shops.“

“Old Hickory Blvd location is good! Could work on being friendlier but otherwise good food & they gave me extra meat for my dog! I paid for it but they wrapped it up separate & nice! Fast service! But also had to grab my own cup after not given one. Again, work on customer service! Sad when businesses lose customers just because they dont teach cashiers how to speak or say “ thank you” ....duh!“

“Out of all the sub chains, Jersey Mike’s is one of the best. My favorite sandwich is the Philly cheesesteak, which is always made fresh to order—never disappoints. The cold subs are solid too; I recommend the tuna.

It is a bit pricier compared to other chains, but the portion sizes are generous, so you never leave hungry and always feel satisfied.

The only downside is they used to have a great meatball sub, but unfortunately it’s no longer on the menu. Definitely wish they would bring the meatballs back!“

“Truly the best Subway out there. My fiancé and I go here all the time! I have food allergies and the staff (particularly Jonathan) is always so great about being careful, changing gloves, etc. The food always tastes fresh and the place is so clean! A+“

“The people who run this Subway are so kind. It has to be the cleanest Subway I have been to. The veggies are so fresh. The bathroom is clean. The gas station it's located in is always clean as well. The people here are always friendly. I give this a 10/10.“

“The sandwich artist doesn't want you to like it; they want you to love it. I'm not a big fan of Subway, but this particular location moves fast and greets you before you order. Dawn before dusk. They did the best they could with my turkey and cheese sandwich. I love the cookies but I'm going have to let the ice go. Bad teeth ache.“
