“The store was extremely clean when I first walked in, there was a kid with curly hair and glasses cleaning the store when I walked in, he greeted me and immediately left what he was doing to come help, I ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 more employees came from the back to help both greeting me and being very polite, I left extremely satisfied with the taste, feeling and look of the store!“

They put almost everything into 1 Togo container. That's not what I needed or how I asked for it. I guess they assumed everything was for me because I'm fat.I went inside because I wanted to ask if they would allow me to sample a few of the chicken salad's. I've never had chicken salad in my 56yrs on earth. They said ? sure. That was awesome because I never would have ordered the chicken salad without knowing if I would like it. Now they have added a extra daily customer. Win win‼️ The cookies are not good and I hate pickles and the smell of pickles. I will have to remember to tell them to leave that out and give it to someone else.I'm so happy about this healthier fast food option. Plus I told my coworkers about Chicken Salad Chick and they want me to start picking them up salads when I go. They don't have a CSC near them like I do.“
“A good restaurant with a lot of choices. Portion sizes are good. The food was tasty. They have a weird variety of food, not that there's anything wrong with it! If you come with kids who are picky about what they like, I would challenge a child to not fine with are looking for here. I mean literally it goes from pizza to hot pastrami.“
“I visit Brentwood, TN for a few days roughly once a month for work. My favorite lunch spot is this Firehouse Subs. Since the one closest to our house in Louisville sucks and we won't go back there, this location more than makes up for those shortcomings.It's about a 3 minute walk from the desk I occupy to this Firehouse Subs. That's pretty ham dandy!I have a favorite menu item and that is the Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich. I have it at least once while I'm there. The chicken is warm, the bread warm and toasty, and there's some kind of magic going on there in the rest of the ingredients because once I arrive in Brentwood after my drive down I literally can't wait to get lunch. I think, too, that the jalapeños have a lot to say about that great taste.The staff I've encountered here has always been GREAT. Everyone is hustling to take orders, preparing food, and make sure the dining room is kept clean. This place can be crazy busy for lunch, but it's never felt rushed. Every person working is focused on keeping things moving and keeping things in order.Since Firehouse Subs was created by firemen, the décor lends itself well to that, with few pieces of fire fighting equipment decorating the walls, red fireman helmets, and a red-and-while motif. And, for kids, a free plastic firemen's helmet.I'm glad this location is so freakin' awesome. It also makes me wish that the one closer to home was better.“
“My sister and I stopped in for a quick meal a few weeks ago. We were served by the manager who was by himself at the time. He was quick, very attentive, and prepared everything perfectly. Our club sandwiches tasted delicious and our fries weren't burned. Thanks again for the great meal!“

“Best subs to me! I haven't tried them all because the club sub is so good I get it mostly. This place is awesome. I use my app to place orders which gives points for using the app or you can scan the code at checkout in store. Today I went in and thought I would have a sub waiting but realized I didn't finish checking out. I didn't get her name but she made my sandwich in like 1 minute and saved me from being late to work. They are my firehouse angles lol. Great salads too“
“I been going to this location for years and let me tell you, the subs are made with love here, ain’t no other subway be hitting this hard. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they treat you like family. I would highly recommend this place and it is a great place to bulk up on calories or cut.“
“EDIT- they made my situation right by refunding my order. Due to the good customer service response, they deserve another chance for sure…Order ahead in app 20 minutes ahead of time with supposed 15 minute wait…. Show up and they had no idea where my ticket was. While I waited for my order an additional 20 minutes I watch as they give out several orders to the wrong people. They then tried to give me a totally different sub order, tell them it’s not mine. He turns and sees my sub has been there the whole time, and now my hot sub is ice cold as they literally lost my sub in their store. There was only 2 other people there. I absolutely LOVE Jersey mikes but im literally scared to waste another $20 on a sub from the only location close by my house with this experience.“

“Stopped going to another location because they went down hill. Tried this one out and it was awesome. The staff is really nice and they dont waste time getting your order. They are generous with there portions and when I got double meat I GOT DOUBLE MEAT! I have ordered online and in person and no problems. Orders are ready when they say it will be and in person they make sure you get what you want. EAT FRESH!!“
“It's definitely a lot faster and doing better I feel. My sandwich, salad and cookie was yummy. I got the choose 2 pecan berry salad and a jalapeño crunch. The chocolate cookies are to die for! The staff was super friendly. And the bathrooms were clean! I also love the huge parking lot in the back. I didn't use it since I went through the PICK UP ONLY window on the side of the building. Definitely coming back again. ☺️Parking: A few spots in the front. A HUGE parking lot in the back.
