“I’m not sure if I am supposed to go to the corner of the counter to pick up my subs myself or have a employee do that, last time I was there a very nice lady working there asked my name when I walked in and handed my order to me. Today I walked expecting the same but the two people working didn’t ask me or seemed like they were going to notice me, there were two other customers waiting for their order so I waited, the lady working looked up and smiled at me and went back to working, the guy never looked at me. He handed the other customers their order and still didn’t look over at me, so I ended up walking up to get his attention and told him I had a to-go order. I think there should be a bigger spot at the Spring Hill/Crossings Tn location for to-go orders, not at the end of a counter next to a sink. Over all the subs were good as always!“

“Visited twice while in TN and I tried Fancy Nancy and Sassy Scotty (my favorite of the two), and loaded baked potato soup (delicious). At another reviewer's suggestion, instead of ordering the sandwich the second time around I just got the scoop and made my own since you get so much more chicken salad with the scoop compared to the sandwich. There were a couple of those little "hard pieces" in the chicken salad but it won't stop me from returning. Everything was great including the little cookie they give you with your meal!“
