“I just want to shoutout a specific worker here named Candace. I had to put in a large catering order for work last minute hoping the workers could make it happen and not only did Candace come through - she came through all by herself. She put together 4+ catering boxes of subs and wraps for me all by herself in less than an hour and a half while still helping some of her regulars. I told her if she couldn’t it’s okay I’d figure something else out as I didn’t want to stress her out, but she insisted she could do it - and she definitely did.I haven’t experienced service and dedication like that in such a long time. She really held that entire restaurant down by herself and did it while remaining so kind. Truly a gem of a person. She deserves all the raises and bonuses and more recognition than I alone could give her. THANK YOU CANDACE!“

“How does this place only have a few reviews?! I randomly stopped there for lunch today between work events. I was immediately greeted with a genuine smile. Not like a customer service smile, but like I was family walking in! The owner was also walking around mingling with the customers. I got the Diane beef sandwich and the Caesar broccoli salad. BOTH were amazing! I’m excited to bring my family back next time we are in Nashville!“

“We absolutely love All’Antico Vinaio! We visit at least once a week, usually in the evenings, and every visit is consistently outstanding.
The customer service is exceptional, and the staff always makes us feel welcome. Million Yusef and Mo are amazing—they all remember our HOT Italian s order every single time without us even having to ask! It’s those little personal touches that make every visit special.
They’re always smiling, friendly, and great to talk to while they prepare our hot Italian sandwiches, which are always fresh, delicious, and made perfectly.
We may have started coming for the incredible food, but we keep coming back because of the people. “First time trying this restaurant, we'll be back! Four of us tried different menu options: fried Bologna sandwich, collard greens sandwich, burger, and ham and cranberry sandwich. Everyone liked their meal and the crinkle fries were also perfectly cooked. The place has a cool laid back vibe and a nice patio and outdoor area. Given the late August lunch, it was a bit warm but they had fans to keep it reasonable. Highly recommend this place!“

“Cozy sandwich shop, friendly service as soon as you walk in the door. The Philly on a wrap is really tasty and my wife loved the BLT. "Atmosphere" got 4-stars because the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no free option for a cup of water. The only bottle water option they had was Dasani (hashtag vomit ?) Overall this is a great place for a quick bite and within a few easy steps walking distance from Broadway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you go ask the way around the block to a different entrance into the building and then back through aforementioned building to get to the sandwich shop.“

“Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick for dinner and ordered the Chick Melt with a cup of the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Overall, it was a solid meal. It wasn't one of those places that blows you away, but it was tasty, filling, and I'd definitely come back.

The Chick Melt hit the spot. The croissant wasn't as flaky as I expected, but it had a nice chew to it that I actually ended up liking. I thought it made the sandwich better. The chicken salad and melted cheese worked well together without being overly heavy.

The Chicken Tortilla Soup was good too. It had plenty of flavor and paired nicely with the sandwich. I gave the crackers and cookie to my girls, and my wife gladly took the pickle since I'm not a pickle guy.

For some reason, I went in expecting this to be more of a health-conscious restaurant. It really isn't, and honestly, that didn't bother me. I care more about good-tasting food than anything else, and this meal delivered.

If you're looking for a solid dinner that's satisfying without trying to be fancy, Chicken Salad Chick is worth a stop. It's not a place I'd drive across town for, but it's definitely a place I'd eat at again.“

We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal!“

“Real simple concept, place order head on website and you’re good to go for pickup probably within a few minutes. Food is top notch quality-wise. Highly recommend the siracha aoli sauce on anything they have. Overall 10/10 and you can’t beat the prices. Only thing I wish they had is a side option for hash browns of some sort, either with bites or a large handheld one.“

“The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! I'll choose this Subway every time from now on!!! I already know that I will be happy when I leave this one, I am always happy with the service here!!!“

“want to start by saying the food was amazing, as always. My wife and I come here every Monday night, and the quality is consistently great. We’ve always had positive experiences with the staff and the management, which is why what we witnessed this time stood out so much.

While we were there, a customer was being extremely disrespectful and rude to the employees. We were seated near the drink area and could clearly hear everything. This individual actually threw his food on the ground and took a picture of it, which was shocking to see. The young man with the glasses handled the situation very professionally—he apologized sincerely and even offered to remake the food and provide a cookie, despite the customer’s behavior.

We personally know the manager, and he always makes sure that customers are taken care of. The staff genuinely tries their best, so it was hard to believe how rude and aggressive that customer was, especially since he appeared to be associated with Vanderbilt.

It’s also worth mentioning that the store was completely clean when we arrived. We were there before that group, and the place was spotless—clean enough that you could eat off the floors. By the time they left, the area was completely destroyed, which clearly was not the fault of the staff.

Overall, the employees handled a very difficult situation with patience and professionalism. That customer clearly had personal issues and took them out on the staff, which was unfair. We just wanted to make sure the workers and management are recognized for doing an excellent job despite being treated poorly.“

“Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. The order always arrives quickly, is correct 99% of the time (once wrong type of chips, once there was cheese on a sandwich that shouldn’t have it), and the delivery folks have followed the instructions and brought the food up to our unit- very rare and very much appreciated!!
