“I just want to shoutout a specific worker here named Candace. I had to put in a large catering order for work last minute hoping the workers could make it happen and not only did Candace come through - she came through all by herself. She put together 4+ catering boxes of subs and wraps for me all by herself in less than an hour and a half while still helping some of her regulars. I told her if she couldn’t it’s okay I’d figure something else out as I didn’t want to stress her out, but she insisted she could do it - and she definitely did.I haven’t experienced service and dedication like that in such a long time. She really held that entire restaurant down by herself and did it while remaining so kind. Truly a gem of a person. She deserves all the raises and bonuses and more recognition than I alone could give her. THANK YOU CANDACE!“

I ordered online for the first time today and was kinda skeptical about not having the "right" amount of toppings as I would if I was standing there to guide them.. but my order was perfect when I picked it up! “I highly, highly, highly recommend Wednesday's Jerk Chicken Special at Rae's Gourmet Sandwiches on Union. That is, if you enjoy involuntarily and pitifully yelping as you jump straight up out of, and pretty much fall off of, your office chair from the incredibly delicious and even more incredibly painful heat of the spices with your very first bite. The instantaneous clearing of any toxins in your body is spectacular. No worries, though, these antics go entirely unnoticed by your co-corkers who don't even hear you yelp because, while it seems to be ear splitting in your own head, the spices have actually sucked the breath out of you and it is a silent scream. Even as you walk in circular fashion around the office frantically flapping your arms like a chicken trying to whip up some semblance of a cool breeze to save yourself, you'll only come to realize that your co-workers think this behavior is normal for you. “My 1st visit to FatBelly and it definitely will not be my last! The staff was so friendly! Honestly, the food could have sucked and I'd go back just because of the staff ha! Got myself a G-Netty and sweet pretzel treat. The sandwich....UHmazing! Haven't tried my treat yet. But, I can't imagine it won't be as UHmazing as the sammie. “This continues to be my favorite sandwich spot / deli in Tennessee for about a decade. The warm vegetarian and vegan sandwiches are just soooo delicious. The customer service is welcoming. Inside is nice to dine in. I highly recommend this place!

“Bill, I have to admit I have a man crush on you. It started with your back hair, but then you served me a sandwich in your backyard over the summer and it was love at first sight. Your meat balls are so round and spicy and covered in pesto and parm (pepperoni too), so dreamy. You dazzled my taste buds with the Korean Chicken sando, which might be my fav. In all seriousness, Bill is gonna make you a sandwich you cannot deny and will love, so take a leap and pick anything from the menu. PS don't sleep on the Broccoli Cardini and the Potato Salad both are a perfect fit. “Cozy sandwich shop, friendly service as soon as you walk in the door. The Philly on a wrap is really tasty and my wife loved the BLT. "Atmosphere" got 4-stars because the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no free option for a cup of water. The only bottle water option they had was Dasani (hashtag vomit ?) Overall this is a great place for a quick bite and within a few easy steps walking distance from Broadway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you go ask the way around the block to a different entrance into the building and then back through aforementioned building to get to the sandwich shop.“

“My only complaint is that there’s not a closer location relative to where I live in Nashville. I love this concept and they surely did not disappoint. It was a very friendly, clean establishment and the chicken salad is absolutely excellent. I went with the melt with the “southern” style chicken salad, which was basically with eggs and sweet pickles. Yum. I can’t wait to make the hike again for their pimento cheese!“

“I'm a regular here. Cause you can have the best ingredients in the world and still not make the greatest sub or sandwich. But these guys rock it every time! They're great to talk to and make a killer sub for me every time. “Conveniently located. Similar to a Panara but the food is better. It gets crowded so seating is limited since it is a small restaurant. Seems a but understaffed, but they are doing their best. I would recommend for a quick breakfast or lunch as the food was delicious. I added pesto to the Bacon Avacado Egg bowl.“

“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal!“

I get butterflies and break out a cold sweat. Oh how I love this subway location. The crew here runs a tight ship, better than the pilgrims even. “As you enter you can immediately tell the flavor is a favorite for the locals and I could not disagree. I loved every ingredient of my Italian whole wheat bread sandwich and I loved all the design, decor and thought invested into the feel of the interior. The decor topic is really cute, thoughtful and honorable. And the sandwich was delicious and next time I would get it with a salad (friendly staff also let me know they had salads which I did not know). Excellent choice to be at and eat.“

“Just got a couple French Dips w potato salad and pickle, a Reuben, cheese broccoli soup, and a Club Wrap delivered.
Food was good with a generous amount of meat, soup was good, and delivery on a Monday evening was super fast. The bread on the Reuben still had a little crisp to it. The smoked paprika on the potato salad is a nice touch.
Based off past experience I'm not so much a fan of the chili and the nachos which use the chili, but everything else I've had from McAlister's has been very good.

“I don't know whats changed at this store but it's come a long way in a short time. Last year I was all but accosted by someone claiming to be the manager because I asked for extra crackers. I guess he paid for them personally.

Same exact scenario and not only did the lady gladly help me out. She didn't treat me like a criminal.

Washing hands and being greeted first and foremost is out of the ordinary for SUBWAY. I hardly eat there because of nasty service. This location is above the rest. “Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! I'll choose this Subway every time from now on!!! I already know that I will be happy when I leave this one, I am always happy with the service here!!!“

“This location is awesome! I work downtown and it's sometimes not worth driving around downtown to pickup lunch, due to the scarce of parking. On the days I give up driving, my goto is Jimmy John's! The downtown location is freakishly fast, and delivered within minutes. Like today, I received within 10 minutes! The orders are always made as requested, and delivery is always fast with a smile!!

“I went there with my brother and sister right after seeing Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. We needed a place to eat, having not done so since before landing in Nashville. The subs that we got were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced, and we liked seeing the firefighter memorabilia, too. If we're ever back in Tennessee, we'll certainly return.“

“I served over 21 years in the military and the majority of the time I eat Charleys it's on an installation. However, since my retirement whenever I come to Opry Mills I eat Charleys and I receive the absolute best customer service and the amount of food and attention to they give and care is excellent. I would never think Charley's could be better but they make it so. I love this establishment. Highly recommend.“

We were in town for a Lacrosse tournament and the line was a bit long, and I was expecting the typical slow service I expect at Subway. “Just got back from Big G's. This is my 2nd time ever going there. I love the white fish! However, I was given catfish and not what I ordered. Very unhappy about that! Parking: The parking be can be quite busy especially on the weekends.

Dietary restrictions: They offer a vegetarian sub as well as as a veggie sub.“

“My go to location for fresh foot longs. We usually get the foot long Subway Club. They are friendly and add whatever toppings you ask for without complaint. We go often and have always received good service.

Vegetarian options: There are times I order the veggie sub piled high with fresh vegetables doused with oil and vinegar. Yummy.“

“I come here often and they are always friendly and helpful. They’ve been through a remodel and have for months appeared to be finished with it. Unfortunately the bathroom has been blocked off throughout the remodel and to this day remains out of order. This needs to be fixed. I’m not sure if it’s to keep the homeless population out or what but, you’re not supposed to operate a restaurant without one. Other than that, it’s a great little subway.“
