Walked in & greeted with a smile!!! Young lady was preparing 2 sandwiches like artwork!!! Cleanest most organized Subway I have visited & I drove to this location even though 2 are closer to my home. So pleased I did. This is my Subway location as of 2day.
I walked in tonight, and Sonny, the Manager, was so wonderful. His customer service was the best I’ve seen in a very long time. He explained what was offered in a certain sandwich I wanted, and took excellent care of my order. He made my day with his big smile, his helpfulness, and professionalism.
This is one of the better subways around, I eat here once a week for lunch and the lady isn't skimpy on your sandwich like other location's

Subway on Nolensville Rd. by the fairgrounds is a hit or miss. While some enjoy the generous portions and friendly owners, others have had mediocre experiences. One customer felt the food and service were amazing, especially when ordering the sunny sandwich. However, another customer was disappointed by the lack of greeting and mediocre food. They are willing to give the restaurant one more chance to redeem themselves. Overall, Subway on Nolensville Rd. has room for improvement in terms of customer service and food quality.
