“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal!“

“The first thing that impressed me was the sandwich maker washed his hands after coming from the back. He also greeted me. Washing hands and being greeted first and foremost is out of the ordinary for SUBWAY. I hardly eat there because of nasty service. This location is above the rest. My sandwich was very tasty and handled in the most sanitary fashion. This person should go to all the other locations and train for proper handling of food. Not sure why people don't believe in washing their hands. I will continue to eat at this location. Great service!!!!“

“I have never had a reason to review a subway until now. The food is Subway. No frills. But the service was unexpectedly good. We were in town for a Lacrosse tournament and the line was a bit long, and I was expecting the typical slow service I expect at Subway. But the staff was sharp and never missed a beat. 5 stars for exceptional service on a very busy Sunday lunch crowd.“

“This continues to be my favorite sandwich spot / deli in Tennessee for about a decade. The warm vegetarian and vegan sandwiches are just soooo delicious. The customer service is welcoming. Inside is nice to dine in. I highly recommend this place!

“Bill, I have to admit I have a man crush on you. It started with your back hair, but then you served me a sandwich in your backyard over the summer and it was love at first sight. Your meat balls are so round and spicy and covered in pesto and parm (pepperoni too), so dreamy. You dazzled my taste buds with the Korean Chicken sando, which might be my fav. In all seriousness, Bill is gonna make you a sandwich you cannot deny and will love, so take a leap and pick anything from the menu. PS don't sleep on the Broccoli Cardini and the Potato Salad both are a perfect fit. “My only complaint is that there’s not a closer location relative to where I live in Nashville. I love this concept and they surely did not disappoint. It was a very friendly, clean establishment and the chicken salad is absolutely excellent. I went with the melt with the “southern” style chicken salad, which was basically with eggs and sweet pickles. Yum. I can’t wait to make the hike again for their pimento cheese!“

“Just got a couple French Dips w potato salad and pickle, a Reuben, cheese broccoli soup, and a Club Wrap delivered.
Food was good with a generous amount of meat, soup was good, and delivery on a Monday evening was super fast. The bread on the Reuben still had a little crisp to it. The smoked paprika on the potato salad is a nice touch.
Based off past experience I'm not so much a fan of the chili and the nachos which use the chili, but everything else I've had from McAlister's has been very good.

“As you enter you can immediately tell the flavor is a favorite for the locals and I could not disagree. I loved every ingredient of my Italian whole wheat bread sandwich and I loved all the design, decor and thought invested into the feel of the interior. The decor topic is really cute, thoughtful and honorable. And the sandwich was delicious and next time I would get it with a salad (friendly staff also let me know they had salads which I did not know). Excellent choice to be at and eat.“

“I went there with my brother and sister right after seeing Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. We needed a place to eat, having not done so since before landing in Nashville. The subs that we got were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced, and we liked seeing the firefighter memorabilia, too. If we're ever back in Tennessee, we'll certainly return.“

“I served over 21 years in the military and the majority of the time I eat Charleys it's on an installation. However, since my retirement whenever I come to Opry Mills I eat Charleys and I receive the absolute best customer service and the amount of food and attention to they give and care is excellent. I would never think Charley's could be better but they make it so. I love this establishment. Highly recommend.“

“I just want to shoutout a specific worker here named Candace. I had to put in a large catering order for work last minute hoping the workers could make it happen and not only did Candace come through - she came through all by herself. She put together 4+ catering boxes of subs and wraps for me all by herself in less than an hour and a half while still helping some of her regulars. I told her if she couldn’t it’s okay I’d figure something else out as I didn’t want to stress her out, but she insisted she could do it - and she definitely did.I haven’t experienced service and dedication like that in such a long time. She really held that entire restaurant down by herself and did it while remaining so kind. Truly a gem of a person. She deserves all the raises and bonuses and more recognition than I alone could give her. THANK YOU CANDACE!“

“There are several Subways closer to home but this one is top notch. Its worth the drive to be satisfied. Fresh produce.(spinach isn't slimey) they seem to always have several breads to choose from. “I come here often and they are always friendly and helpful. They’ve been through a remodel and have for months appeared to be finished with it. Unfortunately the bathroom has been blocked off throughout the remodel and to this day remains out of order. This needs to be fixed. I’m not sure if it’s to keep the homeless population out or what but, you’re not supposed to operate a restaurant without one. Other than that, it’s a great little subway.“
