“I don’t normally leave reviews but I was deeply touched by one of your employees yesterday night. I came in with my daughter who was having a rough day. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by this nice young lady who seemed to have been crying. She immediately put a smile on her face and took our order. When she noticed my daughters long face, she chatted with her and gave her some candy. My daughter cheered up faster than I could get her to all day. The crew got our order done before we even finished ordering. Even through a bad day, we were treated with upmost respect which is rare these days. We arent from around here but we definitely will be coming back! Thank you to the young lady with the “unicorn hair” as my daughter says, and good luck on your new manager journey! It'll get easier“

“I ordered catering for my daughter's bridal luncheon, and we arrived to pick it up about 15 minutes early. I was surprised to see that the food was already ready to go. They just had to prepare our drinks. Billy Brown went above and beyond and was hurrying to get us our order as fast as possible and was so kind. He also gave us a bag of ice and had a smile on his face the entire time. I received so many compliments on the food, and they gave us every utensil and item we could think of to make our event run smoothly. If you are considering Chicken Salad Chick for your next event or party, I highly recommend ordering from this one! Fantastic experience all around.“

Not only did they do an outstanding job on the two orders I placed online, they excelled with every challenge I threw at them. “My family & I LOVE this place!! Let me start off by saying that the love we receive from the employees makes our experience feel as if we’re in the company of family. I hope that I get everyone’s names correct: Jen, Angela, Saige & Theo have went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. My kiddos mention them every time we drive by Jersey Mike’s. I gave 5 stars ⭐ on everything except service, because of one lady that was extremely rude to not only myself but my kid. I believe her name was Lindy?.
