Between us, we got: ribeye with Caesar salad and green beans, fettuccine alfredo with house salad, the zodka sauce pasta (can't remember name), kids mac & cheese, brownie dessert, bread pudding, bananas foster dessert. EVERY. SINGLE. THING. WAS. SO. GOOD. This place is seriously underrated. I dunno why they're not packed 100% of the time. We'll be back for sure.”

“The food was amazing. I got the hot chicken med. Heat and it was definitely hot. So flavorful though its more then just heat its flavor. The side were also all delicious and well seasoned I tried 3. Even the Kool aid drink was really good. I was super impressed because you can tell they put effort into making sure every single thing is good. So yeah everything I tried was 5 star worthy. The people that worked there were super nice as well.”

“We had lunch at The Sense of Taste today for the 4th time in the past 4 weeks and can say that Chef Russell is a Super Star. Four visits... 4 different entrees and each was better than previous meal.

The Stockyard burger was incredible, the Rueben delicious and extremely tender. The Coconut Chicken with mango chutney was off-the-chart and the Texas Brisket was straight out of South Texas. The truffle fries were crisp and tender all at the same time.

The price points for the meals were a complete bargain for any budget.

Bottom line - Sense of Taste is definitely a MUST TRY.”

“Always a fantastic experience when you come here! As soon as you enter, you’re transported to Chicago. Very friendly staff that is mostly family, but when you’re here, it’s like you’re welcomed into the family. Very authentic Chicago style food that rivals anything in Chicago. I’d put it up against some of the best Italian beef, hotdogs and pizza that I’ve ever had in the Chicagoland area! Can’t say enough great things about this place! Seriously, don’t take my word for it, come in and try for yourself!”

“Prince Street is fantastic! Their food is delicious, and I really love it that if you're there at the end of the night they offer $5 "mystery pizza". Basically, if they have extra dough at the end of the night, then the staff get to put together their favorite combination(s). We got ham, bacon, and alfredo this last time - DELICIOUS! Then again, all of their food is. The events they host are so fun, especially the live music events... However, it's a small joint. So, ya gotta get there early (up to an hour before for the popular bands) to snag a table! The last event we attended, our party of 7 had to stand in the corner, but we still had an amazing time and the staff kept circling the room to make sure we were doing alright. This place is a must-see.”

“If you are anywhere in the vicinity, you need to plan on making a stop here! Everyone in our group had something different, and it was all delicious. While the cinnamon rolls were the big attraction --- hand made fresh, and custom designed with toppings that you choose, they also had a variety of cookies, brownies, and dessert breads, like banana, or their seasonal lemon blueberry. As an added perk, all products are vegan. (I personally am not a vegan and had no idea what to expect, but I could not tell any difference in the taste). Stopping here was a great experience. The store itself was spotless clean, and the employees were so awesome...very friendly and accommodating. It was so nice to see a business run the way it should be. Thanks, Cinnaholic!”

“I used to be an avid Starbucks drinker. However, since this place has opened I will not go anywhere else to get coffee. I have one complaint. They need to take better care of the girls outside taking the orders. It has been way to hot and humid for them to stand out there. They either need to have mist machines for them to stand under and cool off or have a cooler with water in it. I understand they have cool packs they can wear but it seems like they can only wear them in certain degrees. When the iPad they are working on does not want to work because it's so hot outside that is a huge issue.”

“This is the second visit to Garcia's in two weeks. On the first visit, I ordered the Carnitas dinner. It was the best carnita dinner I have had in ages! This time I tried the fish tacos and they were great too! This is a fine place to go for Mexican food!”

“Food nothing special. Service poor, waitress could not speak English, or acted like she did not understand what we wanted several times, so our orders were really a mess. It was lunch on 3/5/24. I ordered off the regular dinner menu but they attempted to bring out reduced lunch special portion even though I told them I wanted the dinner portion. They need to work on their " salsa" it was tomatoes water with some pepper.”

I woke up one morning and was under a curse. I could only speak one word and that word was "taco."

I uttered "taco" to my wife, and she was concerned. Tacos aren't typically my go-to, but this time it was. I needed a taco to break the spell.

We decided on "Taqueria El Burrito 3" and HOLY MOLY it was better than I could've imagined. I smashed on 5 tacos and my body started to disintegrate. The food from this truck is like a nectar from the gods. My curse has been cured and I'm now a regular man with a belly full of tacos.”

“Was in the area looking for something light to eat. Drove by here and had to stop. I ordered the Fancy Nancy (?) on a croissant and got a scoop of the spicy pimento cheese as my side.

Pros:
1. Custumer service was great! They walked me through the menu and even let me get a little sample before I ordered.
2. The restaurant was clean and had a kind of homey feel for being a chain.
3. The food was tasty and fresh. I've been on a pimento cheese kick lately and theirs was good, especially with the crackers they gave.
4. The whole meal was very cheap.
5. The cookie they gave with the meal was delicious.

Cons:
1. Not as much fancy stuff in the chicken salad as I was expecting. It needed more nuts and fruit.

Overall, I'm glad I stopped here. The food was exactly what I was wanting and I would stop here again when I'm in the area.”
