Jarid came out and asked me several times If I needed anything. Brought me my drinks. He did a great job. Told the manager to change my tab to him, So I could tip him, instead of her, she was terrible. Basically ignored me the whole time. Other than her, The experience was great. I will not be back if she’s my server again, or I will request a different server.

After consideration, they took care of my issue. Overall very enjoyable. Also, Merek is the best. Thank you.”

“Before I give praise, I will clarify that certain juice and açaí options do run out really quickly so be sure to get there an hour or two before they close! Other than that, their juices are amazing and they have a cool little program that lets you redeem a free juice for buying several which I like. The juices last 3-4 hours after opening and 3 days if you’re just refrigerating them; be mindful these are unpasteurized and perishable so I only get two at a time when I go.”

“My family and I eat here at least twice a month.. and I have to say service isn’t always amazing(not bad just not amazing). However we had Sooner as our server last night and she was the best server I have had in a long time. NEVER have my kids been brought ice cream when ordering off the kids menu… didn’t even realize that was a thing. She made sure my kids got it. She was on top of clearing the table. I cannot stand for my plate to sit in front of me when I’m done. She always made sure our drinks were full. I never had to track her down or wait long when we did request items such as ranch, extra napkins, etc. and best of all she was extremely friendly and personable.”

“We brought my son in for his 20th birthday. He loves Korean food and was his 2nd time there. This was a first for the rest of us . Everything was perfect! Our server, Elizabeth worked hard to cover multiple groups and still was attentive to everything we needed. She was knowledgeable of the menu and went above and beyond to take care of us. I was hesitant but I enjoyed the food. Our server made our evening so good and she brought out a candle lit ice cream dish for my son to celebrate his birthday. One of the best servers we’ve ever had! Highly recommend!”

“My name is Paul Ragnoli. I’m from the Detroit, MI. area. Recently, I visited the Sam’s Club in Hendersonville, TN. to buy a hat bc it was raining while we were there. I went to the clothing dept. where I approached an elderly, smiling lady named Marvis who was folding clothes! I asked her where the hats were and she said they don’t sell hats there and directed me to Walmart, just down the road. I struck up a conversation with her and we talked for quite a while. Marvis is 84 years old and is a very intelligent, hard working and dedicated employee. Imagine the experience she brings to the table!?Having been a former manage, as I was, we talked about workplace environment and employee / management interaction. We talked about how nice it is to have the manager / supervisor recognize you and say good morning or good afternoon, whatever the case may be. Teamwork makes everyone successful, and knowing your team mates names and their personal story lends a sense of personal worth to the workers. After all, kindness is free and the feeling it gives to your employees is immeasurable! I always treated my employees with respect, a sense of appreciation and worth and never took them for granted. Although Marvis didn’t spell it out in so many words, I sensed their could be some room for improvement in this area. I thoroughly LOVED talking to that lady! She is witty, smart, and funny! If I wasn’t in a rush to meet my son for dinner, I would have loved to pick her brain some more. So, if anyone in management is reading this, please stop by and show some respect for someone who has put in the time on this Earth and knows a thing of two. Just a smile and a hello and a “How are you doing Marvis?”. It would really make an elderly lady feel happy. Anyone who works there, please stop by and tell her that Paul from Detroit (who was riding in a handicapped scooter) will never forget her. And of someone could text me her address to my phone (586-206-7731), I would love to send her a card to show my appreciation! Thank you in advance!”

“This is Latina approved!!!!! We had a favorite Mexican restaurant up in bowling green but after coming here we officially said this was our new fav spot. We ordered the quesobirria and caldo de res and it was amazing. The broth for the quesobirria had such a nice rich flavor and the taco was so fresh!!! The soup was so yummy and had such a good amount of meat (for reference I made my boyfriend 4 tacos with it using the tortillas that were given).The hibiscus drink was delicious too, it wasn’t too sugary like how other Hispanic restaurant make them. The salsa bar was such a good idea too! The salsa verde was the perfect about of spicy and complimented our food very well. As well as the extra limes/radish and pickled carrots that were available to get from the salsa bar. Other restaurants are stingy sometimes for extra limes and stuff but this place was great! I recommend this place to anyone who wants some good Hispanic food, this does not compare to other americanized Mexican restaurants that are popularized around us. 10/10”

The staff is friendly, engaging and talkative (if you want to), the place is clean, well designed and open, and there are several events throughout the week that keep you coming back. They were even nice enough to give me a thorough tour of the place, showing me the process of making the beer, and all their storage and organization. Now, the beer itself;The beer is phenomenal. Half-Batch has somehow made something fresh and exciting in the vast, well-explored world of beer, and have managed to create a menu with lots of choices that all taste interesting. The pepper beer, for example, is a peculiar experience, that engages and challenges your pallette in the best way. I didn't personally like it, even when a lot of others do, but I still find it great that they are experimenting with flavor. The staff also presented me with lots of taste tests, so I could try most of the stuff on the menu.All in all, great place that anyone should visit if they are in the area.”

It's a beautiful thing building these relationships with the people who faithfully show up to serve with such hearts and care for customers and one another. I can't tell you how many times I smiled in my seat while working or journaling as I would overhear the occasional comment or conversation behind the counter. Fun and good people. I hope you take a moment to start getting to know them too. It can get super busy, loud, and full of people at certain times, but that comes with the territory at Starbucks' and particularly in small locations like this one. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. I loved every ingredient of my Italian whole wheat bread sandwich and I loved all the design, decor and thought invested into the feel of the interior. The decor topic is really cute, thoughtful and honorable. And the sandwich was delicious and next time I would get it with a salad (friendly staff also let me know they had salads which I did not know). Excellent choice to be at and eat.”

“I love Chick fil a in general, but this particular location is the best in my opinion. The staff is always nice, environment is clean and lines well organized to reduce long wait time. I find myself here more than once a week for lunch because of how satisfied I am with their customer service and food. I’d like to mention that Gianna made my drive thru experience better than normal since she referred to me by name. It felt nice to be recognized and treated with kindness. She’s always on top of everything and with a smile on her face. I’d recommend her for employee of the month after just a minute interaction.”
