It's a typical build your burrito place. Their ingredients and the taste of their food are excellent. Their tortilla chips are a little thinner than I like, but that is my only complaint.
Had a quesadilla with half n' half chicken /beef piled on top of a thick bed of shredded mozzarella on a roasted tomato basil tortilla. Then I have them throw on some sliced black olives, pico de gallo, and some chives and it's good to go!They give you a side of sour cream and the combo comes with tortilla chips and a drink and that's good but...the "Pineapple Salsa" is a game changer...and you can't get it anywhere else. Same goes for their fruit tea.

This was our first time. Blue Coast Burrito is like a Chipotle, but WAY BETTER! Their portions are generous. The food has a lot of flavor, and the queso is super yummy! The employees were also nice and welcoming. Great spot for lunch!
