The staff tonight was kind and incredible! Food was fresh and hot too :)
I've had repeated issues at this Hendersonville location - probably half of my recent drive-thru orders have been missing items. When I mentioned the missing items today to the lady at the first window of the drive-thru line, her response was defensive. The McDonald's restaurant in this area offers a fast-food experience with generally great service and a friendly staff. The clean atmosphere provides ample seating, and self-ordering screens are available for convenience. However, parking can be challenging during peak hours, and the restaurant closes early. While the staff is kind to children, the cleanliness can be inconsistent, with some tables and floors occasionally being dirty. The food quality is hit-or-miss, and customers have noted issues with order accuracy and additional charges for sauces. Despite these occasional challenges, the restaurant remains a popular choice for a quick meal.
