“Our meal was so good... fresh fries, amazing made-to-order burgers. Service was also great with someone from behind the counter coming out to check on us and offering to refill our drinks.But....wowza.The price for the smallest cheeseburger, a double bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and two soft drinks was right at $40.Although the hamburgers and fries were AMAZING.....the price wasn't. This type of meal will probably be a rare, special treat for us rather than somewhere we would visit often.“

“I love Chick fil a in general, but this particular location is the best in my opinion. The staff is always nice, environment is clean and lines well organized to reduce long wait time. I find myself here more than once a week for lunch because of how satisfied I am with their customer service and food. I’d like to mention that Gianna made my drive thru experience better than normal since she referred to me by name. It felt nice to be recognized and treated with kindness. She’s always on top of everything and with a smile on her face. I’d recommend her for employee of the month after just a minute interaction.“

“Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. She should be either promoted or compensated for being so polite and making me want to go back to Slim Chickens for the delicious tenders and coleslaw. Thank you, Bob Stephens“

“My husband and I always enjoy visiting culverts. It has a very old-fashioned atmosphere, mimicking the soda shop days. And the food is delicious as well as reasonable. My favorite dish is the pork tenderloin combo, and my husband's is the bacon, double cheeseburger combo.????“

“Went to Hendersonville Tn Captain D’s tonight. There were three people working when there should have been four. The girls were very busy. We were eating in. They explained that we might have to wait a little longer since they were understaffed. We said that was fine. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our food came out perfect and was very good. Unfortunately, we only got Tanya and Melissa’s names and not the person who was in the kitchen. They did a great job in spite of being super busy and understaffed. They’re the best.“

“Kudos to Cade (hope I spelled that right) and Trevor. Stayed open a little late to ensure we got our food from our online order. Kept a smile and were joking around with us the entire time. This store is the epitome of what a McDonalds should be. I frequent this store for that very reason. Everyone on staff tonight deserves a raise and I hope they get one.“

“Not the usual experience this evening (6pm). Staff was very friendly and kept up informed on what was going on and why we had a “longer than usual wait” (+30 min). We must’ve ordered during a frier oil change and had to wait for everything to warm back up before they could make our order. Staff kept us informed a few times, apologized and finally brought us our order. Food was correct, hot and tasty. Usually quick too.“

“I ordered a brisket sandwich via app, and when i got it it had no sauce on it, nor did anyone offer any when i came to pick up my order. The brisket sandwich was just brisket.. It looked nothing like the picture. No cheese, no sauce, nothing but brisket.... I was just passing through town so not able to go back and have it updated.. I love Arbys, but just a mishap that can be avoided in the future..“

“As you enter you can immediately tell the flavor is a favorite for the locals and I could not disagree. I loved every ingredient of my Italian whole wheat bread sandwich and I loved all the design, decor and thought invested into the feel of the interior. The decor topic is really cute, thoughtful and honorable. And the sandwich was delicious and next time I would get it with a salad (friendly staff also let me know they had salads which I did not know). Excellent choice to be at and eat.“
