I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. She should be either promoted or compensated for being so polite and making me want to go back to Slim Chickens for the delicious tenders and coleslaw. Thank you, Bob Stephens“

I said to the gentleman that brought my food out, to tell his manager that I said she was one of the friendliest night shift workers I've ever came across. “Went to Hendersonville Tn Captain D’s tonight. There were three people working when there should have been four. The girls were very busy. We were eating in. They explained that we might have to wait a little longer since they were understaffed. We said that was fine. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our food came out perfect and was very good. Unfortunately, we only got Tanya and Melissa’s names and not the person who was in the kitchen. They did a great job in spite of being super busy and understaffed. They’re the best.“

“This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced. The drive- thru and inside servers are so courteous and helpful.“

Grabbed 4 burgers & a basket of fries for the family. Best McDonalds I've had in a while. The burgers were great & the fries were the best (hot, crispy, perfectly salted) I've had in a while. So good on everyone who's on that shift right now.“

“I went to whataburger a few days ago, and forgot to write this review there was a girl in the drive through she was very kind, and understanding of our large order. I have a big family and so most of the time I get poor service but I think it was Aubrey or something she was kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend for anyone! I’ve also been inside before and it’s so clean, and the other people are very nice.“

“Best Zaxby’s Run in the Area – Fresh, Fast, and Flavor-Packed!”
I swung by the Hendersonville Zaxby’s on a busy evening and was seriously impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and the energy was positive. Order came out lightning fast through the drive-thru too.
The Chicken Fingerz were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and hot. I went with the Zax Sauce (absolute must) and threw in some Buffalo Wings – both were on point. Fries were fresh and seasoned just right, and the Texas Toast was buttery heaven. Even the coleslaw was a standout – crisp and creamy.
Portions are generous for the price, and everything tasted like it was made to order. Clean restaurant, quick service, and that signature Zaxby’s vibe done right. This location is easily one of the better ones I’ve hit.
If you’re in Hendersonville and craving chicken fingers, wings, or a solid Zalad, this is your spot. Highly recommend the Meal Deals or any of the signature sauces. I’ll definitely be back soon!“

Sometimes service isn't that great (not the case today but gotta make it accurate) so 4 stars but I love coming here. Food's almost always fresh, sometimes a wait but for hot fries it's worth it.“
