“food is always good when i go there, but the cashier taking orders (LEANNA), has the absolute WORST attitude. i watched the way she talked to other people before i got to her face to face for my order, her attitude and body language remained the same if not got worst by the time it was my turn to order. you need to take her off the front, because i'm sure nobody wants to run into energy like that before receiving their food. you'll damn near lose your appetite. it also doesn't look good for the company. leave whatever problems that's outside of work, OUTSIDE. i just wanted some WINGS, girl.“
“My friend and I just had the most amazing eight count nugget meal we were honestly stunned at how amazing this food was AMAZING my friend had the Chick-fil-A sauce and it was honestly the best thing she’s ever had for a sauce. The fries were fresh and salty, but not too salty on point if you will we will be back very soon especially to try the breakfast.“
“First time here. I went for the walleye diner and was not disappointed. My wife and two grand kids and I ate for just over $60 and it was all very good. My wife says her crispy chicken tenders were the beat chicken she has ever had. That's saying something. The frys were crisp and fluffy inside. My coleslaw was a 10! We all got desert that finished the meal just right. Our order taker was very patient as an 8 year old and a pre teen ordered just what they wanted and he made sure it was all correct. We have put Culver's in our top 3 spots to eat!“
“Such Amazing tasting Chicken. It's moist, tender and the breading has great flavor. I love the Raising Cane sauce. The fries are also really good and so is their lemonade. Raising Cane is a must try for any chicken finger lovers. You won't be disappointed.“
“The night before on the 3rd, we had gotten some bad food in the drive thru. The next day we called and spoke to the general manager who in return was very understanding and took really good care of us after seeing the condition of the food and replaced it for free for us!! Though she didn't have too.Being in restaurant management myself, I know people can be over the top with things sometimes. I only wanted to bring it to her attention. She went above and beyond too render the situation right. So thank you for going the extra mile!!Because of your kindness my grandma who is now in the nursing home got to enjoy her dinner last night and she enjoyed it so very much.She had not been wanting to eat the nursing home food.( I can't say that I blame her!!) You really put a smile on her face. She kept saying she was so happy as she hadn't had Captain D'S in forever. So Thank you again!!! Because of your kindness and hospitality, we will be back again.Have a great rest of the day and / or night when you see this. “This was my first time at Firehouse Subs. I've heard a lot of good things! I got some kind of Cajun chicken sub and it was soooo good! I absolutely love how they give back to the local firefighters. That is worth going for. I will definitely be back!“
