“I can't lie... I hate burgers. But that was one of the best burgers I've ever had in the city. This is definitely a hole in the wall spot (no seating; order at the window.) I also had the mixed plate and I was floored by the flavors and toppings. I also met Mr. Wiz himself and he smiled during our entire interaction. A very friendly gentleman. “This was my wife's idea. I know, shocking that a wife can decide where to eat. LOL It was an excellent choice. We ate way more that we needed, but wanted to try multiple things on the menu. This ain't exactly what we usually eat, and wanted to hone in on what we order for future visits. I'll just get the beef soup next time, but with extra beef. It was delicious. My wife will get a steamed bun and we'll share seared pork and cabbage dumplings.“

“I was at this location when a man who was homeless walked in with a handful of change getting ready to order a small amount of food. The cashier, Ariel, told him to stop and put his change back in his pocket. She then added a small burger, fries, and a milkshake to her own tab. She continued to assist him by reminding him to keep his change and belongings in his pocket. She delivered him his burger and he sat there without worry and enjoyed his meal. This was one of the kindest things I’ve seen in a very long time and I’m so grateful to have been able to witness Ariel and her kindness.“

“I went there around midnigh the 8 of july to order a sub and a médium half veggie and half philly. Arriving at my motel i was surprised too see they where no sauce in the sub, in Canada majority does but the difference between this sub with no sauce compared to 1 place in Canada that sell with no sauce is that the Basilico was actualy very good, as for the pizza, the veggie side i really liked but the phily side bof! And it came with 2 small cups of differents sauce witch i never seen that in my country. As for the man that took care of my order, he was very nice, professionel and kind, sadly i do not know his name, wish i did so i could writr his name because too often pepol bash bad worker but very few praise good worker and he was 1 of the nicest united-statien that i have meet. “Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. The management is sharp and friendly, the food is great. So much more than a sandwich. “This is a fast food restaurant but don't be put off. The chicken is great whether original or grilled. There are other menu items as well like salads, waffle fries, etc. There are great breakfast foods as well. The service is great inside and drive thru. The food is reasonably priced. The drive- thru and inside servers are so courteous and helpful.“

“05/16/26- I came here by accident. They sit by a Burger King 👑 and Taco 🌮 Bell 🛎️ I wasn’t impressed with BK menu and I don’t eat TB. We don’t have Cook Out in my state. So I decided to eat here.

I walked in and you know how the first thing everyone wants to do is wash their hands 🙌 This place has the sink with soap 🧼 and paper towels 🧻 ready for you to wash right before you place your order. I washed my hands 🙌

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Kamaris. He welcomed me in and answered my questions.

He had finished with a customer, then he let me look at the menu. He asked if I was ready and went over the menu.

He helped me place my order. It was easy from there. My meal was $7.99 plus tax and it comes with a drink.

Drinks - The ice machine was out but one of the crew members came out to look at it while I was there.

Since the cherry drink was out Kamaris had to get it from the back. The Cherry 🍒 drink is delicious 😋

I wasn’t supposed to drink it (diabetic) but I could not resist. I recommend you try it!

Sides - The meal comes with two sides. I asked for Hush Puppies. It comes with six Hush Puppies and they’re freshly made.

The fries are seasoned with a Cajun salt that adds a great taste. I ordered their own sauce and it was good with the hush puppies and the fries.

Burger - you get to add your toppings from a wide selection. I ordered grilled onions, mustard, and pickles on two patties. I don’t like cheese or anything else. I don’t eat both buns and the meal was filling.

Shout out to Kamaris who did it all. He ran the register and was busy after I placed my order. He was friendly to all his customers as he helped them all.

Later I saw him throwing out the trash. He had a good attitude about his job and his restaurant.

“Took my mum here for Mother's Day and she's still talking about it weeks later. Lovely table, beautiful food, staff who treated her like a proper guest. She felt properly fussed over without it being cringey. Bill was very fair for the experience. Already booked for next year. New annual tradition apparently. Brilliant place.“
