Tim the general manager was very nice and made my specialty pretzel on the spot. The staff was courteous and I was impressed by the over all flow of this establishment. The staff worked together and I felt like this would be a nice place to work with all the smiles and great customer service. Looking forward to my next stop when back in Nashville.
The staff made sure I got fresh pretzels and offered suggestions of dips. It was close to closing and they could have given me cold pretzels but instead got some fresh ones and fixed them up good for me and served with a smile. They didn’t treat you like in a rush since closing, instead made you feel appreciated.

Tim was awesome! He got the line moving quick and also my order despite it seeming short staffed. I have worked in food-service and know how stressful it can be to make sure that everyone gets taken care of in a timely manner (especially with a few people working).
