“Tim was awesome! He got the line moving quick and also my order despite it seeming short staffed. I have worked in food-service and know how stressful it can be to make sure that everyone gets taken care of in a timely manner (especially with a few people working). He took my order and a few moments later he already had my hot/fresh pretzel bites ready. Crazy enough I had been to a Wetzel before, when I lived in Florida, and did not have the best experience. I came to the Opry Mills one with a friend and felt like I had a completely different experience at this location. I always like to write reviews for food and dining because food service employees are often overlooked, may work with young or inexperienced people, or may not even have enough staff to get the job done. People that go above and beyond AND do so with a smile deserve the world. Let's get the people at that location a nice pay bump! I'm definitely coming back.“
