Waited in line for a pretzel and ended up getting the pretzel dogs since they were fresher and just came out the oven. I had an extra pep in my step to get to my car to eat them peacefully and when I tell you the dough was undercooked and just made the whole experience so much worse. Casey (hopefully I spelled her name right) is great and so nice I always feel welcomed by her and I love pretzels. They could be fresher tbh but I know they don’t want to throw out pretzels after a certain amount of time just cause they’re not bought
