This is the second type that I ordered a soda with my pizza and it doesn’t come with it. I called the store and the only option was given a discount and they didn’t do anything afterwards.
What a bad service!!

Carry-out order yesterday. Requested extra sauce on the pizza. It wasn’t extra, it wasn’t even regular sauce. Driest pizza I’ve ever eaten.
I also ordered the garlic cheese bread. Requested dipping sauce. They did not include dipping sauce and the cheese bread was overcooked. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Papa Johns.
I will not order from them again. Sad that I tipped.
