The consistency of bad service that I’ve received here is incredible. I’ve come in different times of the year, different times of the day, different days of the week, and yet the wait staff is consistently awful. Most recently a girl with a large nose ring and green hair (nothing against either, just don’t know her name) who is more bothered to make sure she has pet every dog than actually bring out napkins or silverware with food that clearly needs it. Then when asked...read full review

I ordered Thanksgiving dinner from there this year and it was 5 stars all around. Von Elrod's Beer Hall & Kitchen offers a lively atmosphere for diners, perfect in the summer to sit and have a drink and a bite to eat. The menu features delectable dishes such as amazing brussels sprouts, brisket tacos, brisket grilled cheese, brunch Panchos, wings, and a breakfast burrito with great flavor and huge portions. The in-house Von Elrod's Pilsner and home state beer Untitled Art are also praised. Fast, friendly, fantastic service makes it a Nashville must, especially for brunch or starting a baseball experience, as it’s directly across from the stadium. Happy hour deals, a great atmosphere, and a clean, safe area add to the appeal. Dogs are welcome, and despite some past notes about inconsistent service and parking, many find it the best place to fuel an epic day. If visiting Nashville again, this will 100 percent be a stop.
