Von Elrods is the perfect place to go if you are looking to crack open a cold one with friends and family. They have a variety of seating options, both outdoor and indoor. They also have a large variety of beers and ciders to choose from! I got a local sour, and it was AMAZING. The service is fast and efficient - you scan a barcode at your table whenever you want to order something new, so there is no need to wait on your server. Overall, I loved this place and I'm looking forward to returning soon!

Great beer hall and if it's a day to sit outside it's even better. Great food and beer choices but some options were in my opinion a little high priced, but it is Nashville. It is right across the street from the entrance to the minor league baseball stadium. I could see it getting pretty crowded on game days

The only thing going for it is the ballpark. Poor choice for food - beer bar, fine, but food really 'sucks'! Brisket Tacos are "meah" with cold shells & dry meat - Vegan burger looks like a kid's plate at McD with nothing going for it but the price! - $20! Our second, and very last visit - make another choice, you'll be happy you did.

Our first and last time here which is a bummer because I had such high hopes for this place. I had heard great things from my friends. The vibe is cool, Beer is a little pricey but its German town so thats to be expected. Food was AWEFUL. I had the tacos and the Mac n cheese both were flavorless and bland. This was probably the worst mac n cheese in Nashville. My friend received a side of just cabbage instead of the coleslaw. It's unclear if they forgot the vinegarette or if the sides are just that bad. Pretzel was dry, thin and the salt had fallen off. Tasted like it came straight from the box and say under a heat lamp for the last 3 hours. One of our other friends burger was burt to a crisp and 1 others was forgotten about completely. It was busy and we probably should have said something sooner about the missing food but I was jealous mine wasn't forgotten about and I wasted the calories on the worst food I've had in Nashville since moving here.

Waited 20 minutes for a server before I walked out. It wasn’t even busy :(

Beer choices are outstanding! They also offer many size choices for beers - from small snifter up to 1 liter mug. I recommend the pretzel with mustard. Indoor and outdoor seating. Bring your well-behaved pup!Parking: Very few spots, but this is set up in a walkable neighborhood and fairly close to downtown. Lots of Ubers and Lyfts drive by on the regular

We came on a Sunday evening and had such a good time! We sat outside sipping on cocktails and had cheese curds, wings, one of the sausages and a brisket grilled cheese. All of it far exceeded expectations! It's also a great spot right next to the stadium if you're catching a game, or otherwise a nice calm spot set off from the road. Our waitress was very kind and attentive as well. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome selection of drinks. The jalapeño cheddar pretzel with dill ranch was so good. I got the club sandwich that was about a 6/10. My husband got the brisket grilled cheese and said the same. We brought our two dogs and had a good time.

I wasn't going to say anything because I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I was super bummed with Von Elrod's on St. Patty's Day. We paid for a ticketed event that was supposed to go on until 9pm and Von Elrod's ran out of beer at 2:30. It also took 45 minutes to go to the bathroom or get another beer. Overall a disappointing experience. Hopefully they get it right next year.

Service was fine. Food was cold and tasteless. And we could see the fries sitting under a heating lamp the whole entire time we were there. Fries cold, Mac and cheese had no taste whatsoever. Tacos was blah. Will never come back. Burger was nothing special.

Paid $60 to get into their St Patrick’s day event which was all the talk of the town. Not only did I wait over an hour at the bar line, by the time I got to the front they ran out of beer. Terrible run event, should’ve been bar carts all around and crowd control. Feel bad for the workers & security, management needs to get it together.
