He was so kind to everyone in line and always had a smile on his face. U got a pretzel and it was so soft and golden and the cheese topped it off and made it 20 times better“

“Usually a decent snack while in the mall. If the pretzel bites are fresh, they are outstanding. Always an interesting customer service experience as you never know what you will get. Lots of variants of the pretzel bites and the mini corndogs are a favorite as well.“
