I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Ms Sha’Courtney was very nice . I have never seen a manager wok so hard . It was a long line, she was doing Uber Eats and other food services without stressing , being patient with the costumers and still greeting the costumers with kindness. She deserves a 100 and a raise. I will recommend my family and friends to come here. Thanks for your great service!!!
Went for breakfast, I got the platter w/bacon and added the new s’mores shake, my mom got he number 5 add bacon, we waited a few minutes, EVERYTHING was so damn good, I forgot how good Hardee’s biscuits & gravy were, my goodness, but this location needs to work on their customer service skills, NO ONE had a smile and moping around with an attitude, if you don’t want to be at work you could have called out or quit if you can’t do it, food was good tho, don’t...read full review
