“5 stars and 3 💋💋💋! I'm just a humble visitor in town burning up a few hours. This DQ is connected to BP Travel Center. The DQ is clean. Staff are on top of things and are sassy in a fun way. They have all the DQ classics plus all the seasonal items. The place is peppered with locals so I'm evesdropping on snippits of conversations and enjoying the TN accents especially the children (not in a creepy way). I'm just north of Nashville. Looking forward to a night on the town but enjoying these kick-back moments in Joelton DQ.“

“I stopped about 6:00 p.m. after driving all day and was pretty hungry. The fried chicken looked like it might have been a little old under the heat lamps. Man was I wrong? This chicken is delicious! I can't believe gas station fried chicken could be this good!“

“I would give 6 stars if I could. Subway is located inside the gas station. Always clean and I can't say enough about the warm service. The couple remembers us (we come a lot on Sundays) and always has our sandwiches done quickly. Customer service goes a long way for me and the couple (specifically the lady) is amazing. Subway food is good and you get what you get, but the service here is probably the best north of Nashville.“

“Stopped here on the way home from a concert at Bridgestone & my husband got a couple soft Tacos & went on & on about how fresh everything was on it for it being after Midnight! Employee was Really Nice & Polite! Definitely Recommend This Place To Everyone!“

“I just left from captain d's on Jefferson street.. Got to the window for my order and the lady did not give add my sweet tea. Instead of giving me a sweet tea she told me i needed drive back around and order another sweet tea in the back of the line for a mistake that she made. What kind of mess is that??? she was a short skinny black lady with glasses and a wig. I want my tea.“

“Extremely fast and very friendly. Very obvious that it’s not a big corporate company. They treat you like family, always excellent and warm service. Highly recommend to Nashville natives and tourists.“

“I love the concept. It's also a good value. And it was delicious. I purchased the big tray with a peanut butter fudge shake. The burger with cheddar and bacon with cajun fries and hush puppies. I also got a chili dog and cajun chicken sandwich. All for 21.90. I can probably make 3 meals out of this. It was good food, at a good price. The staff at the drive thru was nice and also patient as it was my first time. I will be back before i leave town. Thanks for the good food!“

“I probably could've afforded a down payment on a house with the amount of money I've spent on grilled cheese sandwiches and strawberry limeades from this place. The staff is always great, and I've gotten pretty lucky with wait times most of the time. I've been coming here for years, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon!“

“Subway #23557 3860 Dickerson Road Nashville TN 37207 has the best service. The workers are always kind and on point with fixing my sandwiches with perfection. Cudos to the Store Manager who brought back the flat bread. . . . He's a really great guy and I appreciate all that he does. Thank to the subway staff at this location and keep up the great work.

“Love the food sandwich was better than any I have ever had, I can see the cook was passionate about making my sandwich, the cashier and drive thru employees were friendly courteous and offering options to provide excellent services. “Terrible. Understaffed. I prepaid for a meal that the restaurant worker failed to provide due to an asserted absence of a key ingredient. The staff (2 ) were surly and unkempt. The outside of the restaurant appeared to be in need of major repairs. The wait was almost thirty minutes for a substitute meal that was lukewarm sans basic additions (napkins, plastic utensils). This appears to be an establishment that will be closed by the year's end. It isn't a place that I will revisit. Avoid completely.“

“I work right by this place so it's not uncommon for me to get lunch here. And I just have to say, there is a lovely woman who works there. I am afraid I don't remember her name, but I know she turns 64 in a few days :) (Happy early birthday!). Her personality is truly a joy. I might as well be walking into my momma's kitchen every time I see her. She genuinely seems to care about the people she serves daily and she puts a smile on my face every time I walk in. “I was never much of a fan of chil fil A, it’s good in a pinch and better than McDonald’s for sure. I gotta say, though, I have been wrong!! Their chicken noodle soup is incredible and sit down restaurant worthy and I love the grilled chicken options. This location has fine service, maybe not incredible but definitely quick and mostly friendly“

“On May 27 th :2022 I went here got a Footling Turkey sub the gentleman who made my sandwich was great at his job and put alot of meat on my sub. Place was very clean and had alot of customers come in during lunch time rush got them in and out fast.A panhandler was out on sidewalk asking people for money seen him put some in his pocket and some in billfold a guy gave him had a oxygen tank with him heads up to those who are nervous with the public.Alot better than the Subway at Loves Truck Stop on Trinity lane young lady repeats bread over and over and doesn't hear what you tell her on meat or anything and very very slow.Not clean either.“
