I’m sorry, but this Sonic is terrible when it comes to the outside ordering stations. We pulled into one and the screen was completely out. We almost pulled into three more before realizing there was a small “Out of Order” sign on the side of the menu. If a station is out of order, please put the sign on the outside yellow portion where customers can actually see it before pulling in.

On top of that, trying to use the touchscreen or leave a tip is absolutely horrid. The screens barely work, and these stations seem to be down all the time.

I do want to give credit where it’s due—the kids working here are great and provide good customer service. My complaint isn’t with them at all. It’s the ordering stations themselves. They are awful, unreliable, and seriously need to be repaired or replaced.“

“Food and service was good. I ordered a all American with only spinach on it. When I opened my sandwich I noticed I only got a total of 6 leafs of spinach for a foot long. I ordered a regular amount of spinach. But other than that, store is clean and received my food fast.“

“Order a bacon and cheese whopper with ketchup and mayo only, simple..... get to first window to pay and he repeats it back to me except he didn't mention the bacon so I corrected him, he even admitted that he couldn't hear well taking orders and then tells me there cant be no modifications, thats not a modification if you didn't hear me while taking my order so basically get told that they cant put bacon on it???? I would have paid for the bacon to be added and couldn't, thats real good service BK“
