I have been eating at this restaurant for over seven years now and it is by far my most favorite Asian cuisine. Not only is the food exceptional, the service too is SUPERB!!! The last time I was there Gilda (aka Gina) was my waitress. She is extremely customer oriented, friendly, professional and always works to get your food out to you in a timely manner. If an error is made in the placement of your order she will do all within her power to correct it and make it right for the customer. Another waitress to ask for when you arrive is Julia. “We’re still on the search for our go-to Chinese restaurant and China Moon might just be it.

We ordered online with a nice spread of: large wonton soup, large egg drop wonton soup mix, chicken with mushrooms, boneless ribs combo, sesame chicken combo, and bean curd with broccoli.

China Moon is tucked in a corner of a small shopping plaza and is easily missed because it is hidden. There’s plenty of parking.

Our order was ready within 15 minutes and sure enough, was waiting for us when we arrived. The employee was nice and offered any sauces to go with it. Our food was hot and the order was correct.

The food was really good! It’s been awhile since we had decent Chinese food. The only two things I wasn’t crazy about were the soups (nearly flavorless even with soy sauce) and the fried rice (also flavorless). Otherwise, the actual meals were very good and everything was cooked properly. I especially favored the chicken with mushrooms.

If we can’t find something closer to us, China Moon is going to be our new place. The 15 minute drive is worth it for affordable and comforting food.“

“We moved to Gallatin 3 years ago and left our 20 year NY Chinese restaurant. No 1 Chinese is the best for all of the NY menu. The food is fresh- especially shrimp in shrimp with lobster sauce- our favorite. We do delivery now as we're getting on in age. Even with the delivery time, the food is hot.“

I place a call to Rice box they said my food was already done it wasn't but a few minutes after I placed order.. when the order got picked up they said that it was cooked extra spicy and extra crispy. pitched the food will not be back.“

“TLDR; Great food! Don't be scared of the building!
We were super skeptical about this place when we pulled up, but oh boy where we wrong! It was definitely a takeout Chinese food place, and had all of the old food pictures on the wall, and the exact menu as any other cheap Chinese food place. The mixed reviews had me worried they were going to be garbage but folks, I could not be more wrong!
The food was absolutely delicious! I got sesame chicken combination and my partner got Orange chicken combination, which both came with fried rice and egg rolls. We got drinks added on and the bill was under 30$! I *wish* i had gotten an order of crab rangoon because I just know that would have been put of this world. Everything was super hot and fresh out of the kitchen, with thick flavorful sauces! Everyone said the rice was old in other reviews but my rice was absolutely perfect 👌 The egg rolls were crisp and left us wishing we had more!
Forgive the pictures because we did eat it in the car at 9 pm, but you could easily take it home or to a park to eat. But be warned! Our portions were absolutely huge and we had to bring the rest home!“

“This is one of the most positive experiences I've had at Panda Express in a while. The food was fresh. They were cooking it fresh and they were moving quickly, and taking orders quickly.
