“This review is solely on take out since I wanted some Chinese food and had no clue where to order from since I’m visiting from Philly. Ordered off the website which sadly didn’t give me option to ask for hot sauce unless I missed it lol. So I got 3 different lunch specials cos I’m a pig jk the general tsos, shrimp lo mein and the pepper steak and broccoli. guess pricier than what I’m used to in Philly as the 3 lunch specials , crab Rangoon 10 count and one eggroll they forget cost about $57. Delivery time wasn’t bad about 30 minutes. Everything was good other than the one fatty unpleasant beef piece in the beef and broccoli but I’m open for suggestions on other spots to try as long as I’m down here. May try some other stuff like honey chicken, bourbon chicken, Szechuan etc lol general tsos was good and the shrimp lo mein and the one pork eggroll bites lol. Also annoying no option to get pork fried rice since the regular rice is so bland lol“

“I tried this Chinese takeout for the first time and it was really good! The food came hot, the portions were big, and everything tasted fresh. The fried rice and orange chicken were my favorites. The staff was friendly and my order was ready on time. Definitely going back again.“

“This place is a hidden treasure. The food is always good and hot. It might take a little bit sometimes for the food to be done but youll see why once you try it. Its always been a hit for me ordering here and the lady is always smiling and friendly. 👍“

“After seeing our cardiologist in Nashville, we meet our son and chose this restaurant for location. It was the best any of us had tried in years. Service kept our table cleared, tea filled and answered our questions about dishes. 3 large adults were only $58. Considering the size, freshness and presentation of shrimp, fish and meat dishes this was well priced. I was ashamed of the customers around us, leaving chips uneaten and no tip. Not even a dollar. I was glad to tip my server 15%.“

“I wanted to try something different so we irdered the hot wings with fries, the spicy beef andthe shrimp egg foo yung. OMG everything was phenomenal. We eat here often snd its slways good. The ffies were hot and plenfiful, the wings were hot and HOT 🔥 Sl I cy bedf was amazing and as usual wifee said Shrimp Egg foo yung was great. Thought $48 +tip was a little high, but worth every penny for quantity and quality of our order. See ya for lunch today doubling ip on this order“

“We were pleasantly surprised. For Chinese food from a gas station restaurant late on a Tuesday night, our expectations were not high. But, wow! My son (who thinks he’s Gordon Ramsey) said the fried rice was excellent. The crab Rangoon’s were fresh and perfectly cooked. The orange chicken was fantastic with fresh peppers and squash. Service was great. He even mentioned, as it was near closing, they were out of fried rice and made a fresh batch for us. Great food, great service, convenient and quick. We were very happy and grateful! If their Mexican is half as good as the Chinese, I’m sure it’s great!“

“This place is consistently amazing! The best for some late night takeout. The Hot and Sour soup is addicting, crab ragoons are my boyfriends favorite of any place in town. They have the best sweet & sour chicken with sauce on the side. They give you so much food that you're guaranteed leftovers, which heat up well the next day! Their broccoli is actually so good too. Amazing. Couldn't be happier to have them in Murfreesboro!“

“This is my favorite place to get Chinese takeout. The restaurant is family owned and operated, the prices are fair and the food is incredible. I highly recommend their combination fried rice, their chicken on a stick and their Singapore rice noodles.“

Out of at least twenty different chinese food restaurants (probably much more), this is by far the best General Tso's chicken i've ever had!! Thank you!

The lobby is slightly cramped which is why I didn't get five stars there, but food is amazing!“

“This place is owned by such a sweet, humble family. My family and I love coming here for the food. Just something about supporting small, local family businesses as a family. Overall, the prices are reasonable, selection is great and you know everything is clean when the workers themselves eat the food there!“

“Absolutely love No 1 Chinese! One of the best places to eat. It’s become a part of our regular dinner (and sometimes lunch) rotation. I love the chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken, while my husband loves the orange chicken. Can’t go wrong with their lo mein!!“

“The rice was dry and burnt. The teriyaki chicken wasn't done (cooked all the way) and not seasoned well. And the food was barely warm. We ate almost immediately after sitting down inside. So there shouldn't have been any reason why it was just barely warm and around 5 pm at that. So a busy time and good should have been fresh.“

“Great amount of food, great diversity of food and lots of options. Staff are kind and helpful. Restaurant that over- charges if you throw away food so only get as much as you can eat. Makes it difficult to try to new things so there's that but I guess it helps the staff keep food pricing down. Been enjoying this Restaurant since I was a kid and the pricing has skyrocket since then so bring plenty of money if you have a big family definitely not cheap.“

“Was looking to find place like the one that was next to Kroger and chose this one because it was close and I've heard of China Moon before and liked the MJ location. The food here was very good & the price was good. The atmosphere wasn't so great and I would never dine in because the chairs were raggedy, strewn about, boxes stacked everywhere and no real theme or restaurant vibes. No can sodas :/ but the people were nice and quick about making the food. It was bagged, hot & had everything inside the bag so you don't have to ask for anything. I'll go again!“

“Only reason im giving 4 star is because they dont have the tofu thats on the online menu, as a vegetarian I would like more options than just rice & veggies, same goes for the location off elm hill pike, they didn't have it either, but great customer and fresh food, just with they would have the tofu“
