Excellent place! Food is fresh & she always makes sure it is made for me without GLUTEN(I love their spring rolls! And they use no MSG! Being from Chicago & NY and having friends who cook authentique chinese food we are spoiled, we know what it should taste like. So, for us, this is the only restaurant that flavors well & gives fresh hot dishes! Only Chinese restaurant that we will eat!?
YES!! Excellent food!! I asked for my Shrimp Fried Rice “Extra hot & spicy”——they actually made it the way I ordered it! There are very few places around here who will actually make it “Hot & Spicy”. Usually, I have to add more at home. Thank you. The whole family LOVED the food. This is so good, it makes me homesick for an old restaurant called Lung Cheung. I highly recommend Chopstick House.

TL;DR: Pretty much all you can ask for in a typical Chinese restaurant. Foods good but not the best. It satisfies the Chinese food bug in a city with not many options for it. People behind the counter were nice.Specific Foods:Chicken Lo Mein: 7.0/10Chicken and Vegetables: 4.5/10Room For Improvement: The chicken and vegetables sauce was not properly seasoned/made.Vegetarian options: Typical vegetarian options like any other Chinese restaurant.
