I use door dash on the app Rice box doesn't not allow special instructions at all . I place a call to Rice box they said my food was already done it wasn't but a few minutes after I placed order.. when the order got picked up they said that it was cooked extra spicy and extra crispy. pitched the food will not be back.

i'm an east coaster who has live in nashville for 12 years ordering from this Chinese place and that one, trying to find legit delivery comfort Chinese... it's a game of this place does that dish well, that place does that dish well... well, this is the first consistent place that i think has my biz completely... not a heavy touch, listens to your adjustments, and lots of flavor from the soups to dishes.... BRAVO!!
