It's near impossible to find legitimate boba in middle Tennessee. I did not have high hopes but we ended up here waiting for a table at Lyncoya and decided 'why not'?I got the Signature Milk Tea. Y'all. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! The boba was cooked perfectly, it was sweet & chewy. The milk tea had a brown sugar syrup drizzle and it was insanely good. Oh man. I'd been searching for a strawberry boba tea, and this is it. The boba is perfectly soft. Everything I could possibly ask for in a boba milk tea. Highly recommend, and will be back again.

Sip Pin is a nice little surprise for those of you who want a change from Bubble Tea.They are tucked in at the very end of the strip mall.Pricing is about the same as the other Boba Tea establishments, near by.Great job, y’all!Parking: Sip Pin Yea is on a strip mall near Moby Dickies. The lot stays packed! Luckily, for me .. I found a spot to park at the very end near Sip PinWheelchair accessibility: Not near the establishment. I left my disabled friend in my truck.
