Kávé Express is a drive thru coffee shop with two locations, in Gallatin and Hendersonville. It is an express shop, so there is no actual store to go into, but the Gallatin location has tons of comfy seating. At the Hendersonville location, there are two drive thru lines, one on either side of the building. This is not immediately noticeable and can make it a little bit of a mess or chaotic when they get busy. Once a customer understands how the place works, the two lines are a good thing. The staff are very friendly, hard working, sweet, patient, and helpful. They genuinely seem like they enjoy working there and with each other. The coffee drinks are amazing, tasty, fresh, high quality, and made perfectly. The coffee, especially the Cuban, is served with a smile. The prices are great, and there is a punch card program that is a great deal with a free drink after 10 visits. For vegan customers, there are several non dairy milk alternatives and the staff are knowledgeable about ingredients. The wait can be dependent on how many people are in line since everything is made to order. It is a great alternative to big chain coffee shops with a warm, community feel.
