We sat in the bar area and our bartender/server was Dakota. He was absolutely amazing! Very personable, helpful, courtesy, delightful! Great people person, we will definitely be back!
D’Angelo has outstanding customer service skills. He made recommendations, listened to requests, checked on us several times, and was extremely friendly!!! We are visiting from Columbus, OH. We have visited many restaurants in Tennessee, but this Cheddar’s Kitchen in Hendersonville is the most welcoming environment we encountered. Few managers offer this caliber of service. Food was just ok. There was a group sitting in the middle section shouting out some kind of message. It sounded like being at a football game. It was very aggravating because you never knew when they would start the
