I realize that Cracker Barrel has trouble finding workers, just like every other retail establishment in America, but Cracker Barrel's personnel issues are affecting the dining experience significantly!My 98-year-old mom loves CB and the last two times I have taken her out for weekly lunch (once at the CB in Gallatin and most-recently at the CB in Hendersonville), the service has been very poor.The first thing that indicated we were not in for a good experience happened before...read full review

The food was great and hot. No complaints here. It waited was beyond fabulous with a cheery personality and a we aim to please attitude!! This was very refreshing in a world of people who haven’t a clue as to what it takes to deliver REAL customer service or who are just there for a job. Kudos to her. While there I asked for the manager to praise this waitress and while doing so, the lady in line behind me also praised their waitress. This Cracker Barrel had it going on!!!
