Salsa was great.Mexican Chicken Soup: Great and lots of chicken.Enchiladas: Warning, they use “cheese sauce” not real shredded cheese. The chicken enchilada was good. The “steak” enchilada was good but the “steak” had almost a hamburger consistency.Tacos: Shredded chicken tacos were okay. The chicken was very wet which made the taco shells soggy.Service: 5 starsOur server was very attentive.“

From the great service of our server Omar to their awesome food we loved it all! We both had one of their lunch specials, the amount of food was so much for us that we have leftovers for supper! “Lots of Mexican restaurants in Gallatin but this is by far our families favorite!!! Not only is the food delicious but the atmosphere is great. You feel the vibe and the service is awesome and they are fun and have nice personalities too. It feels like a celebration!!“
“I love this restaurant more than most other restaurants around. But lately the management has been over seating the restaurant for the amount of employees they have - and it is not fair. You can’t put two waitresses covering an ENTIRE restaurant while also being their own bartenders. Garcias almost always has 10/10 quality control on cocktails and food, but you can’t maintain that when you put too many people in a restaurant for your employees to serve. They’re only people, not Gods. When we went in last our poor server was running around like a mad woman while being treated poorly by customers because she couldn’t keep up. Most likely being tipped poorly on top. We didn’t get drinks for 25 minutes and it was not her fault. Not fair. I will keep coming back to Garcias because it’s my fav but yall - STOP over seating your staff! People can wait or go somewhere else!“
“If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican food truck this is the one. How many food trucks carry tamales on their menu?! The food is of great quality, made to order fresh and of hearty portions. The steak tacos are flavorful. Recently I had my tamale fix and will be returning soon for a steak torta.“
“Food nothing special. Service poor, waitress could not speak English, or acted like she did not understand what we wanted several times, so our orders were really a mess. It was lunch on 3/5/24. I ordered off the regular dinner menu but they attempted to bring out reduced lunch special portion even though I told them I wanted the dinner portion. They need to work on their " salsa" it was tomatoes water with some pepper.“
“First and foremost, our waiter, Caesar, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. As a connoisseur of Mexican food in Middle Tennessee, I found Casa Agave as a refreshing, exciting option! I ordered the enchiladas tapatias; it was phenomenal. My friends and I made a point of trying some of the interesting “premium margaritas,” man oh man, they were great! You’ve got to try the Prickly Pear!! We’ll certainly be back and we look forward to running into Caesar again!“
