“What a hidden gem! My wife and I were looking for a lunch spot after touring the Andrew Jackson Hermitage and this place did not disappoint. Chips and salsa were excellent, I loved the lunch platter where you get to pick multiple items. The burrito and chimichanga combo was perfect, my wife loved her fajitas. Service was perfect. Price was reasonable. Really excited to return to this restaurant when we make our way back to Nashville.“

“My wife found this gem randomly when we needed some lunch after golf. Exceeded our expectations! No frills and just great Mexican food. We got a couple of tacos and quesadilla. But the Mulita was the winner. The beans are out of this world. 10/10.“

“I door dashed the Quesabirria with guacamole added, and a side of Rice and a Churro. It was so amazing I didn't even think about taking a picture once I smelled the food. The Quesabirria... Wow. Loved it. The Churro had a strawberry jam type of filling, which I wasn't expecting but I ended up loving it anyway. This was my first experience with them but it DEFINITELY will not be my last. SO GOOD. 😋 Highly recommend this place!!“

“So I’m from Texas and know good Authentic Mexican food when I have it. The food was really good here. I got tacos and they were excellent. The margarita was very good. The salsa very flavorful n nice. I have to say though the guacamole was very, very disappointing. When I eat guacamole I wanna taste the avocado the tomato all I got with every bite was a mouthful of onions. You cannot add that many onions to guacamole and expect it to be good, cut back on your onions and you’ll have a winner guacamole“

“I'm from out of town. We stopped at the gas station for water before getting to Nashville Shores.
First of all I love tacos. Fresh authentic tacos. We see the taco truck and decided to get some food before hitting the park.
I got asada, pastor, and lengua. My sister also got 3 taco. In total we spent 16 bucks. What a deal! The tacos were delicious! Of course I had cilantro and onions. The asada was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The pastor as a Lil sweet and tender. The lengua was tender as well. The tacos were slightly toasted which gave them more flavor! It also came with 2 sauces red and green. The red is definitely the spicier of the two.
The service good. The lady who took our order repeatedly it back to us to make sure she had it correctly. Our food was ready in about 5-10 min so we didn't wait long. We were full all day at the parkland didn't spend a single dime inside.
We loved the tacos so much that we stopped again on our way home! I got 2 pastor and 2 asada this time. Delicious!
The only complaint that I have is that they don't have prices on the menu so it's a guessing game to see your total.

“Listen. I never go and leave fast food places a review, especially a chain at that. But I stopped visiting this location a year or 2 ago because it was awful. I’ve now been twice, and had an order delivered and everything has been correct, the food has been warm/fresh, and today the manager put a note in the delivery order with a number and her name, saying please call if any issues and that little touch provides so much value and reassurance as a consumer. Nice work Sheila!“
