“I door dashed the Quesabirria with guacamole added, and a side of Rice and a Churro. It was so amazing I didn't even think about taking a picture once I smelled the food. The Quesabirria... Wow. Loved it. The Churro had a strawberry jam type of filling, which I wasn't expecting but I ended up loving it anyway. This was my first experience with them but it DEFINITELY will not be my last. “I'm from out of town. We stopped at the gas station for water before getting to Nashville Shores.
First of all I love tacos. Fresh authentic tacos. We see the taco truck and decided to get some food before hitting the park.
I got asada, pastor, and lengua. My sister also got 3 taco. In total we spent 16 bucks. What a deal! The tacos were delicious! Of course I had cilantro and onions. The asada was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The pastor as a Lil sweet and tender. The lengua was tender as well. The tacos were slightly toasted which gave them more flavor! It also came with 2 sauces red and green. The red is definitely the spicier of the two.
The service good. The lady who took our order repeatedly it back to us to make sure she had it correctly. Our food was ready in about 5-10 min so we didn't wait long. We were full all day at the parkland didn't spend a single dime inside.
We loved the tacos so much that we stopped again on our way home! I got 2 pastor and 2 asada this time. Delicious!
The only complaint that I have is that they don't have prices on the menu so it's a guessing game to see your total.

Someone was inside doing food prep another going over receipts. Heard the cash register the whole time. So went two blocks towards town and had dinner and cut my review here.“

Nothing will replace NorCal burritos, but finding good carne asada in this town has proven nearly impossible until I found RBF 🙏🏻

Was not a major fast food chain, their East truck happened to be close to where we were attending, offers low prices, and delicious food! “Tacos for the win! We were staying at the HI Express nearby and after a death defying walk over (seriously...no sidewalks and a crosswalk from and to nowhere), we scored AWESOME tacos. We're from AZ and travel all over the country in our RV and are always on the hunt for great tacos. This place had them! Totally worth the walk...and then we ducked into the gas station and picked up some margaritas in the can and we were set. This is a great place so head over and get some great food for a super price!“

“These were some good tacos I’ve had in a while. My absolute favorite was the BBQ taco, it was packed with so much flavor and so juicy! The steak taco (tender) was good as well as the pollo (it was ok) but the BBQ taco was the highlight of the meal. I also ordered a asada quesadilla and it was delicious with the green sauce.I wish I was given more limes. The tortillas was dry but when you top it with the sauce everything came together.Very clean food truck! Was impressed on the cleanliness for it to be located outside a gas station. 9.2/10“

“This area of Woodbine has a half dozen taco trucks & stands on every block. Don Carbón's truck is worth the stop. My al pastor came perfectly seasoned, the vegetables were fresh, the frijoles refritos were flavorful without being greasy, and the rice was fluffy & moist. Importantly, nothing was oversalted — a refreshing departure from so many other taquerías that go heavy on the salt. Plus, the salsa cremosa verde had a proper kick to it.“

“It's a bit pricey if you are a filet type of guy like myself.. It's worth every penny though if you do not know how to prepare 8 ounce filet and shrimp hibachi like a true chef. Those are chefs working the grill here, not some $20 dollar an hour cook they hired off the street. When I can afford it then it's my go to treat. Not gonna lie, I cannot do it and make it taste nearly as well. Highly recommend if you can survive the gauntlet that you have to drive thru in Wilson County“
