“Absolutely some of the BEST BBQ I have ever had!!!
The beef brisket had great flavor and was easily cut with a plastic fork!!! Great pronounced smoke ring and tender as could be!!!
The ribs were fall off the bone and had the perfect bark!!! No sauce needed for these ribs!!!
However, as good as the brisket and ribs were... let's talk about the smoked sausage!!!! Without a doubt and by a country mile... the best smoked sausage I have ever eaten!!! The Carolina Mustard was just perfect!!!
If you are ever on Base at Ft. Campbell... this is the place for lunch... hands down!!!“
