Literally the best Mexican food you can get in town! Whether it is nachos piled high full of toppings or a quesadilla filled with cheese and carne asada! You cannot go wrong when it comes to Fatboy. The truck rolls around town and you get disappointed when you realize you missed them for lunch. Best taco truck in town! We have tried everything and it's as legit as it gets. The burritos are huge and filling. Expect them to be two meals. I love the quesadillas! I'm especially fond of the carne asada, but the other meats are good. Lately I've been getting the keto bowl and it's delicious as always.
