Literally the best Mexican food you can get in town! Whether it is nachos piled high full of toppings or a quesadilla filled with cheese and carne asada! You cannot go wrong when it comes to Fatboy. The truck rolls around town and you get disappointed when you realize you missed them for lunch. They post their schedule daily on Facebook so you can know where and when they will be as it is a food truck. The whole family gets involved at times and everyone is so friendly. I would pick Fatboy any day of the week!

Best taco truck in town! We have tried everything and it's as legit as it gets. The burritos are huge and filling. Expect them to be two meals. I love the quesadillas! I'm especially fond of the carne asada, but the other meats are good. Lately I've been getting the keto bowl and it's delicious as always. I think the Verde salsa is probably the best salsa I have ever had anywhere. I like the red too, but the green is to die for. The prices are good and really holds true to a good meal. It is a little bit of a wait, but considering it is a food truck and the food is worth waiting for; I'll continue waiting. The location changes for lunch and dinner, so check their Facebook page for locations and times.

They really make everyone feel welcome, their service is phenomenal! I'm so glad we found our forever taco truck in Tennessee! If you have NOT eaten here, you are doing yourself and everyone you know a disservice!! This guy has raised the bar for every Mexican food spot in Clarksville. This is gonna be our plug for awesome tacos and burritos. Wife had asada tacos and I had a pastor burrito, perfection!Also shared the asada fries, bomb as well!! Tasted just like California. Where he is actually from and we are as well. We have been refugees for only a month and SO stoked to have been told to go here!!!! Food, price and service were unmatched. Be back very soon......

I love their food, I haven't found a place that makes it authentic as they do since my family and I moved to Clarksville. They have also shown amazing customer service. I was short on cash once and since I've become a regular they were nice enough to let me pay with what I had on me, still giving me everything I had ordered.
