“My kid (literally) screamed for their ice cream! We were invited to an socially responsible "ice cream social" for a local business. The Mean Green Ice Cream Machine served up a variety of delicious ice cream flavors and topping combinations. Our son opted for the chocolate with rainbow sprinkles, no big surprise there, while I went for the cookie dough ice cream with Reese's peanut butter cups. My inner child was beaming! Not only did they offer a great selection of hand scooped flavors, but they also had a plethora of traditional ice cream truck goodies like the character popsicle and the classic coco taco. The staff was super friendly and wore their masks to ensure everyone's safety. I'm not sure if they solely offer private events, but certainly seemed like a unique addition to any party. All in all it was a great afternoon treat.“
“As a new transplant from San Diego to Nashville, this little taco truck has been the closest we've gotten to the true street taco experience that is so abundant in San Diego. Back home there are literally dozens of places that serve great tacos, my experience has not been anywhere near the same here in Nashville, not even on Nolensville Pike/Antioch before you grab your pitch fork. Highly recommend Alvaro and his staff. They are friendly and serve a very very good product. The birria burrito is one of my favorites and the mulitas are awesome.“
“Craving GOOD authentic street tacos and birria and this place DID NOT disappoint.The food was so good I couldn’t even get a pic before inhaling it. Birria burrito surprised us with rice and beans in it and it was packed! Birria tacos were good portions that filled me up and the consomé was DELICIOUS. Best I’ve ever tried. I ordered 1 steak taco to try it since it was my first time here, and it was full of flavor as well. Will 100% come back!“
“I have been to almost every taco truck in the greater Nashville area, and this place is my favorite! Their birria is leaps and bounds above most anywhere else around. My whole family loves their food, and we get it usually a few times a month. They are also super friendly, and their prices are as good as any other. But the food, the food is stellar!“
“Fantastic staff. Everyone working there was great and made for a fun experience, with humor, friendliness, and kindness.The food was also very good. I had the Blackened Chicken Biscuit. It didn't have much in the way of kick, and could have used more flavor, but it was still very good and the biscuit was excellent.I will definitely be back to try more of their various food offerings. The menu is interesting, and what I've sampled so far is good, but the staff really makes you want to keep coming back.“
“I had some of this chicken during an octoberfest event and oh my god have I thought about them every day since then. Not only is it crispy, spicy, and fresh, BUT the sweet little sauce on the side is the best I've ever had. I live over 5 hours away but I will be coming to find this truck again! It's THAT worth it! “I have noticed that the food quality depends on who's in the kitchen. Some days it's really good and other days the food is not hot or your beans are super hot and the rice be cold. I also noticed the steak/meat is? well? Looks funny.“
“Hibachi Jr. is incredible. This is the first time I’ve seen hibachi-quality food through a drive-through. The menu can be a bit pricey, but it is quality food, and we've always had excellent service. Check this place out if you haven't yet! Their crab rangoons are epic, and we always ask for our hibachi dinners to have just broccoli and carrots for the veggies. For only $1 upcharge, it's worth it.“
