Let me set the scene: Mount Juliet Fourth of July Celebration. My wife and I both ordered from Hurt’s via the QR code—me at 7:48 PM, her at 7:51 PM. Our confirmation texts said the food would be ready by 8:38 PM. When 8:38 rolled around, we were still 27 orders away. The new estimate? Another 50 minutes.
