“A stop on my way up north for lunch - and it was a good one. Found the place, as it was near the Sams Club where I bought gas. Popular with the locals, as I saw a constant stream of folks dining in or picking up carry out orders. I will definitely stop again when I am in the area.“
“We love supporting small family owned businesses. This bakery is amazing with so many delicious choices I had a hard time deciding. We bought some muffins with filling inside and they were so moist. Definitely have to go back and try the cookies, pastries and cakes. They even have cake slices so you don't have to eat the whole thing.“
“I read another review that stated the ceviche was better than the chips and salsa (a bit blander than a good store bought version). I noticed other tables would get the ceviche upon seating, but I assume non Hispanic people get an American version. Anyway, the mariachi band was playing which was a nice surprise…a bit loud to hear your guests speaking, but it seems to bring in a lot of happiness from all the guests. We ordered a seafood tower, steak fajitas (cheap, bland cut of meat) and some octopus. The sauce almost reminded me of a dipping sauce for crab legs and it paired so well with the tender octopus. Yum! The seafood paella on the tower was too mushy to enjoy. Crab legs were cooked to long or something cause the meat was difficult to remove from the shell and they were lukewarm. The shrimp was not deveined ? and the mussels could of been left off.No sweet tea available.I did see a whole fried fish that I would have loved to try, but being it was our first time going based off social media it wasn’t that bad.Great for large gatherings.“
“Wow! What an amazing experience my wife and I had today. The servers made us feel as if we were honored guest in their home. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, service was impeccable. Please make this a stop traveling through Dickson!“
“We like the food - it's not as greasy or as poor quality as you might find and the bathrooms are very clean. The aguas frescas really work with chips and cheesy dishes!Kid-friendliness: Has a kids section of menu but our daughter loves the refried beans and rice..“
“I was under the impression all American- Mexican food joints were basically the same. This one is a little different. My go to is the chimicanga and typically it comes out mooshy with the queso on top and some dry shredded chicken inside but this one arrived crunchy with queso on the side, tendy chunks of chicken and peppers and cheese inside. Best one I've ever had. Also the salsa was different than I've had before. The staff was friendly but was a little slow on service even though there were only 4 or 5 tables seated.Definitely would return.“
“I love Louie's taco shop. My favorite is the birriah tacos (maybe didn't spell that right). I get some every time I visit. The tortas are good too! I love that I can sit at the bar and get a drink too! It's not expensive either. If you are in Antioch you definitely gotta eat here. The breakfast options they have are good too so don't sleep on this place for breakfast either.“
“I've driven past this place so many times and last night decided to stop in for dinner. Amazing! Such friendly owners, and very fast service for the quality of the meal. I got steak fajitas, and they were absolutely delicious! I was so impressed with this place.“
“This taco truck is superb!!! The spicy pork with queso is the best I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot because I search out taco trucks everywhere I go. The green sauce is the best I’ve ever had as well. So good I ate there twice today ?“
“Soooo glad this Mexican restaurant came in! We've been here multiple times and have had great experiences every time. We've had the molcajete, Chile Colorado, carne asada with shrimp, etc. - for dessert, the churros are a must!Parking: Plenty of parking, free lotKid-friendliness: Family friendly“
“This restaurant has just changed management in this new year 2024, and it is undoubtedly one of the best Mexican food restaurants that I can recommend. The employees and owners are very friendly and attentive, they make you feel very comfortable. The place is very big and nice. And if we talk about the main thing, which is the food, I can say that it is super delicious and satisfying. If you still don't know where to go to eat, whether alone or in the company of your beautiful family, I recommend that you visit this place...Parking: The restaurant is located in a very quiet place.Kid-friendliness: Excellent place to enjoy with the family, especially if there are little ones.Wheelchair accessibility: It has very large space for people who need to travel in wheelchairs.“
“I was craving a taco ? I know, basic right? But my “bun in my oven” wanted it. First of all when I pulled up it was night time and a tad bit chilly outside. All of a sudden I seen a lady walking to my car with a book. She came to car to take my order! I ordered 6 tacos because they are tiny. 3 beef and 3 lengua. Never had lengua before but let me tell you! It was all amazingly delicious! I recommend this place anyday, the best taco stand thus far!“
“Very good service, I recommend you come in the mornings since the girl who serves in the mornings is very nice, she has a very good attitude, very helpful, very attentive, fast and above all she always gives you very good treatment, very active, she is a 1000 for her and congratulations for always treating the client with that attitude and that desire always has a good standard for clients...“
“Craving GOOD authentic street tacos and birria and this place DID NOT disappoint. The food was so good I couldn’t even get a pic before inhaling it. Birria burrito surprised us with rice and beans in it and it was packed! Birria tacos were good portions that filled me up and the consomé was DELICIOUS. Best I’ve ever tried. I ordered 1 steak taco to try it since it was my first time here, and it was full of flavor as well. Will 100% come back!“
