“I got the Cajun chicken tenders and fries absolutely delicious! We were warmly greeted as we walked in and the young woman working the counter was quick to answer our questions and patient while we decide, I didn’t feel rushed at all. The place is small but doesn’t feel cramped they definitely maximized the space available. The food was amazing and filling. Will definitely be back!“

“My husband and I loved our meal at Krustaceans! Food was amazing, Antoine was great. Service was perfect. Best meal we’ve had in Nashville on our visit this weekend. You MUST add a red velvet waffle to your meal… yummy! We will DEFINITELY be back! 10 out of 10, for sure!“

“This is the second time we have had dinner here. The atmosphere is great. Service was outstanding. Our server basically guided us on what was best and his favorites and gave options. The lobster bisque was amazing and so was the bananas foster dessert.“

“A trip back to the golden age of nightclubs. A real prohibition/film noir vibe. Top flight warm and friendly service from bar and waiting staff. Bar manager Rhys is right across the whole operation. Also really knowledgeable about the cultural history of the venue - which has been rocking it since 1948. Incredible music from sax player / Nat King Cole voiced Derek Williams, plus singers Laura Mayo and Dianne Sherrill fronting a superb jazz combo led by a highly charismatic pianist. The burlesque show is end to end class with elegance and humour balanced perfectly by co producers Jonny Gowow (musical director) and Tessa Mendoza (hostess / lead dancer). Food also of equally high standard. The prime rib is a near religious experience!“

“This place is spectacular. 25-foot windows make up two of the walls providing a great view of the Gulch and all the people walking around. The seafood was surprisingly good and we expected good. Get the shrimp toast, oysters and whatever fish is on hand. BUT ... when we left we used the restroom before Ubering away and got rousted by some hotel lobby bouncer. Weirdest thing! Pissed us off. Three of us waiting on one more member of our party to finish washing their hands and this guy treats us like loitering vagrants. Damn poor execution of policy.“

“4 in my party each enjoyed appetizers, entrees and sides, plus cocktails and wine. Delicious, with no exception. Expensive but the extraordinary value is worth every penny! Knowledge, courteous staff treat diners as special guests. Highly recommended.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm only upset that I've just recently found out about this wonderful establishment! I've been twice in one week already so I'm very convinced that this is by far the best soul food establishment we have in Nashville. Hands down... I got the chicken & dressing with mashed potatoes and green beans the first time, then came back later in the week and got hot lemon pepper fried chicken wings with macaroni and cheese and greens. Both plates were excellent and now I have my new favorite spot for home cooking! Just when I thought we didn't have anymore good meat & 3 restaurants.“

“Can't say one bad thing!!! Our server Katrina was wonderful!! I am sorry I didn't get the names of the others serving us but everyone was personable ( and yes super heros wear aprons) the food is cooked perfectly and the taste was phenomenal!! The french Fry sampler brought to the table was spectacular and we tried all the combinations. The sides -Brussel Sprouts, Mac and Cheese, and Rice were out of this world. The Steak..well the awards speak for themselves. The steak melted in my mouth!! Let's also mention the dessert... the Smores... just order it!!! You will love it!! We also ordered the Creme Brulee it was creamy and outrageously good!! We will be back!! Oh and we mentioned that we were celebrating our daughter's HS graduation and Katrina brought a celebration slice of cake to the table!!! The staff made it a wonderful experience!!“

“About as authentic as you can get! They are a cafeteria-style place with southern food. I am a Californian who barely eats meat but they were very kind and gave me a little sampler so I could try stuff. I got the roasted chicken- yum! Get their spicy BBQ sauce that they hip up themselves! I was full for about two days but it was super good“

“I just left from captain d's on Jefferson street.. Got to the window for my order and the lady did not give add my sweet tea. Instead of giving me a sweet tea she told me i needed drive back around and order another sweet tea in the back of the line for a mistake that she made. What kind of mess is that??? she was a short skinny black lady with glasses and a wig. I want my tea.“
