My husband and I had lunch at Red Lobster today. The food was good, but the service was HORRIBLE. I believe our server’s name was Jack. The service was so bad, we were like angry when we left. Little was done to make up for the bad experience we had. The Manager even said that was the usual experience when Jack was the server.
Visited the Franklin. Tn location on 02/17/23 for my wife and my Birthday and Valentines Day ? combined dinner. Was seated in 30 minutes and promptly brought us our drinks. Our order was correct and within a reasonable time. Everything was prepared perfectly.Our server was Shayna N. She was very polite and professional. They were so incredibly busy and "in the weeds". People were being very rude about the wait and every one of the staff members stayed calm and worked very hard to get people taken care of. The food was perfect.
