They were so incredibly busy and "in the weeds". People were being very rude about the wait and every one of the staff members stayed calm and worked very hard to get people taken care of. The food was perfect.

My husband and I had lunch at Red Lobster today. The food was good, but the service was HORRIBLE. I believe our server’s name was Jack. The service was so bad, we were like angry when we left. Little was done to make up for the bad experience we had. The Manager even said that was the usual experience when Jack was the server.

Very surprised to find Red Lobster food taste as it did many years ago.
Visited the Franklin. Tn location on 02/17/23 for my wife and my Birthday and Valentines Day ? combined dinner. Was seated in 30 minutes and promptly brought us our drinks. Our order was correct and within a reasonable time. Everything was prepared perfectly.Our server was Shayna N. She was very polite and professional. Kept our glasses filled and those great biscuits on the table. Could not have asked for better service. AAA +I would love to see the return of the Potato Cheese Soup,not everyone likes the salads with the weeds in it (Romain Lettuce, purple stuff, ect..) or the other soups. It would make my visit more enjoyable.Parking: Convenient parking at location. I personally prefer to park in the back, as most people don't like to walk.

They are very under staff my wife got very sick from the under cooked salmon and is still sick 2days later. My steak was over cooked and not seasoned the crab was cold and when they finally got the food to our table it was warm and some cold it was a waste of 100 went to river gate location a few weeks ago food was better but still very under staffed
