Customer service doesn't get more excellent than this. I placed a mobile order three minutes prior and was greeted by Thomas the moment I walked in; he called my name just a minute later. Need I mention quick efficiency!? He even took the time to ask for the correct pronunciation of my name—a small but significant mark of professional respect.
