“I’ve been looking forward to trying Cajun Seafood since I saw the road sign following my son and his family’s move to Mt. Juliet a year ago.I stopped in yesterday morning and less than 5 minutes after my call I was met at the shop where I bought jambalaya, red beans and rice and crab cakes.I heated the frozen jambalaya and beans and rice for 2 hours at 155 degrees in the sous vide cooker and the crab cakes for 15 minutes per side at 350 degrees in the oven. It was all delicious and a very good value.I mentioned to my son who has 2 young children that there is a DoorDash and UberEats freezer on the porch for delivery.“

“This is FAST, GOOD food. It's kinda surprising how good it is. Elvis is the owner and he really knows what he's doing. High quality ingredients and you can taste it when you take your first bite. He's got his team trained well. Every single time, it's perfection.

Oh, and the cheapest place in town for scallops!

Not much on atmosphere, but I found out that most of their business is drive through. Good for them. If you're a drive through kind of person, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food here.“

“This is our go-to takeout spot for Chinese food. The family who runs it is so friendly, food is always piping hot with HUGE portions for the price. I love the Szechuan spicy chicken, house special mai fun and Singapore mai fun dishes. I always get either an egg drop or hot and sour soup too. Their dumplings are good- best takeout dumplings in the area IMO. My husband loves their chicken on a stick.“

“My family and I eat here at least twice a month.. and I have to say service isn’t always amazing(not bad just not amazing). However we had Sooner as our server last night and she was the best server I have had in a long time. NEVER have my kids been brought ice cream when ordering off the kids menu… didn’t even realize that was a thing. She made sure my kids got it. She was on top of clearing the table. I cannot stand for my plate to sit in front of me when I’m done. She always made sure our drinks were full. I never had to track her down or wait long when we did request items such as ranch, extra napkins, etc. and best of all she was extremely friendly and personable.“

“We really enjoyed our breakfast at Cherokee this morning. I had the strip and eggs, my husband had the mariachi omlette. There is so much food. You definitely won't leave hungry. On a side note, I'm not a fan of bell peppers and there's bell peppers in the potatoes. My server went the " extra mile" for me and had some potatoes cooked w/o bell peppers. They were delicious. It's awesome in this day and age to find a place that will do a special order for guests“

“My husband and I are here for the first time. He surprised me with a date night. What a wonderful and delightful surprise it was. The service was top notch A1 hands down best service I’ve ever received. Danielle was attentive, kind, caring and knowledgeable! The food was seasoned to perfection, I had the lamb chops with the baked sweet potato and he had the 8oz ribeye with the loaded baked potato, the salad bar was super fresh with a nice variety. The dessert was amazing!!! We had the banana foster there and we ordered the brownie cheesecake, carrot cake, the lemon cake to go for our kids at home. My husband and I have decided to make this our new spot!!! Special thanks again to our server Danielle!!!“

“The Chicken Lo Mein is great there & the spring egg rolls! You can eat inside it has a few booths. China King is a small place but clean & friendly & big on taste. Located across from Walmart in Hermitage Tn & close to CiCi's Pizza is where you find China King. We normally just show up an order to go food. Its ready in under 15 minutes. The food is hot & fresh & the staff are friendly & helpful. Its a perfect little local dive & you and your family cant go wrong by picking up lunch or dinner there. The chicken lo mein & egg rolls is great! The portions are more than enough.

She is well trained and takes care of all customers at the bar and serving drinks for the tables in a very efficient manner. Both my husband & I have been bar tenders in busy restaurants and know what it takes to run the bar & dining room orders keeping everyone taken care of. In addition to Meghan being efficient, she is friendly to all, kind, interesting and a real asset to the business. She is one of treasons we keep going back. The food is a real plus too. “Went to Hendersonville Tn Captain D’s tonight. There were three people working when there should have been four. The girls were very busy. We were eating in. They explained that we might have to wait a little longer since they were understaffed. We said that was fine. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our food came out perfect and was very good. Unfortunately, we only got Tanya and Melissa’s names and not the person who was in the kitchen. They did a great job in spite of being super busy and understaffed. They’re the best.“

I got steak, and they ordered everything else on the menu - shrimp, fish, chicken, scallops, a few sushi rolls, etc. If you’re wanting better food, drive an hour to Bowling Green, KY and hit up Yuki. But this was convenient and I didn’t want to spend an hour in the car with these guys.“
