“I was so happy to find this gem in the Mt Juliet area. The food is well spiced for me ( level 3 or 4 depending on my mood ). The staff are very friendly creating a welcoming atmosphere. I love the gongura dishes in particular. My wife and I visit here almost weekly. I recommend this restaurant.“

“I have eaten here 100 times. I seen some of y’all reviews and y’all need an education. Prices are up because of your elected officials- has nothing to do with this ‘mom & pop’ store. It is actually proper market value. And the quality and nutrition you get is 10X better than any other fast food restaurant.

There is really no comparison to the quality of food they make and in the fast food market. Their quality is 5X better than even fast casual spots like Chipotle.

On top of that, their customer service is exceptional and some of the kindest people in the area.

“We’re still on the search for our go-to Chinese restaurant and China Moon might just be it.

We ordered online with a nice spread of: large wonton soup, large egg drop wonton soup mix, chicken with mushrooms, boneless ribs combo, sesame chicken combo, and bean curd with broccoli.

China Moon is tucked in a corner of a small shopping plaza and is easily missed because it is hidden. There’s plenty of parking.

Our order was ready within 15 minutes and sure enough, was waiting for us when we arrived. The employee was nice and offered any sauces to go with it. Our food was hot and the order was correct.

The food was really good! It’s been awhile since we had decent Chinese food. The only two things I wasn’t crazy about were the soups (nearly flavorless even with soy sauce) and the fried rice (also flavorless). Otherwise, the actual meals were very good and everything was cooked properly. I especially favored the chicken with mushrooms.

If we can’t find something closer to us, China Moon is going to be our new place. The 15 minute drive is worth it for affordable and comforting food.“

“We went in Wednesday night without knowing it was Senior Night. It was crowded and honestly maybe understaffed, but that allowed us to witness a 16 year old running the front like a champ. “It's full and they don't take boats older than 1998. I got a call couple weeks later and they do accept boats older then 1998. Get the kid that answered the phone the first time didn't know but when I got call back from original Lady I talked to she cleared it up for me“

The service was top notch A1 hands down best service I’ve ever received. Danielle was attentive, kind, caring and knowledgeable! The food was seasoned to perfection, I had the lamb chops with the baked sweet potato and he had the 8oz ribeye with the loaded baked potato, the salad bar was super fresh with a nice variety. The dessert was amazing!!! We had the banana foster there and we ordered the brownie cheesecake, carrot cake, the lemon cake to go for our kids at home. “We ordered online and picked up in store. Food was ready in 15 min. 2 orders of tofu,spicy and general Tso , 2 orders of lo mein , 6 spring rolls and donuts. Y'all... This was SO GOOD! Ate til I was full yesterday, ate some for lunch and now last bit for dinner. So much food! And y'all .Those donuts...were .. AMAZING! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! We don't eat meat so can't comment on meat dishes but highly recommend! So happy they are around the corner from us , we will be going here more often! I have been going to Captain D's cuz I was a kid because kids can eat free on Thursdays I believe now for decades later I still eat Captain D's and any city I go to in the south is not a quick service. This is why I took the one star off other than that The food is always good I don't really care about service so if you care about service then this review may not be for you“

“Went to Hendersonville Tn Captain D’s tonight. There were three people working when there should have been four. The girls were very busy. We were eating in. They explained that we might have to wait a little longer since they were understaffed. We said that was fine. They couldn’t have been nicer. Our food came out perfect and was very good. Unfortunately, we only got Tanya and Melissa’s names and not the person who was in the kitchen. They did a great job in spite of being super busy and understaffed. They’re the best.“
