I’ve been looking forward to trying Cajun Seafood since I saw the road sign following my son and his family’s move to Mt. Juliet a year ago.I stopped in yesterday morning and less than 5 minutes after my call I was met at the shop where I bought jambalaya, red beans and rice and crab cakes.I heated the frozen jambalaya and beans and rice for 2 hours at 155 degrees in the sous vide cooker and the crab cakes for 15 minutes per side at 350 degrees in the oven. We had driven by the road side so many times and had always wondered about Cajun Seafood. So finally we stopped in. All this time we had amazing gumbo just down the street! Homemade and then flash froze, all you have to do is boil the bag in hot water for 10 mins. The shrimp had so much flavor. Definitely make the stop!So good!

I'm from Louisiana and was working near Nashville for several months. I was lucky enough to find Mr Lelands Cajun seafood llc and get food that I'd been missing from home, from the boiled crawfish to the jambalaya everything was excellent.
