“Loud music is a turn off.

We love Tio’s, probably average once a week, and would come more often if it wasn’t for the loud music. I understand the purpose to keep people from hanging out when space is limited, but when it’s not busy, please turn it down.

We would bring our entire team here for lunch every week but between the loud music and people trying to talk over the music, it just isn’t enjoyable.

It’s 12:30 on a Wednesday and there’s only four tables occupied, so no need to run people off with the atmosphere and the tables might all be full if it wasn’t so loud in here!“

“Upon arrival, I placed an order for water. They brought chips and sauce and left. I had to stop another server to ask about the heat in the sauce. She brought me a mild enchilada sauce. The chips were flat and unflavored.
I ordered the enchiladas supreme and side of refried beans. The atmosphere was noisy. Before finishing my meal, they started a trivia game. It got louder.

“This has been my favorite Mexican spot in Franklin for years. There has been a recent change in staff and the girl working up front is just horrible. They’ve made mistakes on my order several times and she just hangs up when I called to have it fixed. She has hung up otherwise when I call to check on the status of an order. Hope they can improve their staff because this place has always been a great mom and pop shop.“

“We stopped here before a football game and it was a good spot. It is rather small so get there early! The food was really good, the margaritas were ok. The place was very understaffed when we got there, but the staff that were there really hustled and tried their best. Overall, a good little spot for some Mexican food and great staff.“

“First time ever dining at a chuys, and over all surprised by the experience! Food was amazing, especially the ranch dip they have! Denise was our server and she was wonderful! She went above and beyond, made sure that my food came out the way i wanted. Absolutely loved her energy ! Will be back again!!“

“Vegetarian options: I like the grilled vegetables and the mushrooms. They have some options. I’m not sure how many I usually get the grow vegetables and the mushrooms.

Parking: I have a disabled placard, my husband drops me off near the entrance so i won’t have long to walk. unless there’s a spot close to the entrance.

Kid-friendliness: our great granddaughter comes with us and they’re very kid friendly. They bring a high chair and come back and make sure everything‘s fine with her and she just loves it there we celebrated her first birthday there a week ago this past Sunday.

Wheelchair accessibility: I just have a walker, but it looks pretty accessible to wheelchairs too. And if I cannot walk the length of the parking lot depending on how crowded it is, my husband drops me off near the door and then goes park so it works out fine for me.“

“I would say most fast food places are the same anywhere you go, but this Taco Bell stands out in an exceptional way. It was very clean, service was great, food didn’t take long, and food quality was much better than I remember from the last time I ate at a TB. The guy working the counter was incredibly friendly and asked a couple of times if we needed anything.
